Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.
Phase 1: Offer Development:
1. Identified opportunity for a repeatable, geo-based market insight product to support Turnpoint’s acquisition strategy.
2. Evaluated research methods, tools (e.g., GIS), and data sources suited to the problem.
3. Designed a scalable, productized service (Market Assessment Report or MAR) including workflow, deliverables, and client pitch materials.
4. Developed a working prototype and finalized the template and content structure.
Phase 2: Execution:
1. Piloted the MAR workflow and refined based on early feedback.
2. Conducted 40+ MARs for Turnpoint across diverse geographies and brand contexts.
3. Fully owned the research, synthesis, GIS mapping, and report delivery with no lift from TBC.
4. Maintained quality, consistency, and brand value while delivering at speed and scale.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
2. Generated over $1M in revenue from the new product over 18 months
9. For our end-client: Empowered data-backed decisions on local brand marketing, portfolio fit, and whitespace strategy.
1. Introduced a net-new service model that expanded TBC’s capabilities without requiring internal team resources.
3. Maintained TBC’s strategic positioning while enabling more scalable, repeatable client offerings.
4. Achieved near-total client handoff: Qwerry independently ran all research, tools, and delivery.
5. Qwerry enabled a low-cost, high-margin offering ($90K in fees for >$1M in client revenue).
6. For our end-client: Completed 40+ Market Assessment Reports post-acquisition in under 18 months.
7. For our end-client: Delivered location-specific insights to guide brand positioning and marketing for newly acquired brands.
The MAR product became a major value driver for both our client and for us (TBC). It allowed us to offer a new service line and brought in over $1M in revenue from a $90K partner investment. It also deepened our relationship with the client and gave them the insight they needed to onboard new acquisitions faster and smarter.
The success of the initial program was strong enough that we’ve since launched a follow-on initiative—building on the original methodology and refining it into an even more streamlined process for the next round of work.
Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?
Joe kept everything running smoothly. We didn’t need to manage the engagement—it was reliably on time, high quality, and low maintenance.

Qwerry's approach was well-structured, as it had been for the three previous projects we worked on together. They conducted due diligence, led us through an internal workshop to learn from us, understand our institutional knowledge of the category, inform the custom reserach approach, and ensure the resulting segmentation would be actionalble for us.
Qwerry kept us informed of the progress vs. our timeline and was very communicative along the way in terms of survey findings, analysis, and up to when they delivered the final product. No issues whatsoever from a project management standpoint (for this project or previous ones).
The workflow was effective. Joe was our main point of contact and he flexed easily to meet our internal security requirements, sharing files back and forth via our securitized internal sharing tool which was most appreciated.
