IN-DEPTH research, THOUGHTFUL strategy and BEAUTIFUL materials. The research was insightful to support clarity on pricing and differentiation for my offering. The strategy with Business Card w/QR code, collateral, opt-in to collect business information and email sequencing is a beautiful differential. The branding from the intentional subtle color palette changes to the website modifications, slides, combined with the revised website architecture provided the professionalism I was looking to highlight to businesses I was looking to appeal to.

I’m the former global marketing director of Meta.

What challenge were you trying to address with Quantious?
We needed general marketing support across a whole load of areas.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Quantious was responsible for project management, copywriting, and budget management. They also provided creative services, such as creating assets for us, including images and videos, as required for different marketing campaigns. Additionally, they supported our marketing automation activities, such as email sends.
Sometimes, they supported a campaign with the goal of brand awareness or generating demand. Other times, they helped deliver projects on time.
They also created content calendars in the past. They didn’t create all the content, but they looked at the overall calendar of content. They helped us with copywriting some emails and getting emails set up on the marketing automation tool that we used. In some cases, they helped create the templates that we needed for the emails and wrote the copy. In other cases, they used templates we already had.
What is the team composition?
I worked with them over a period of 3.5 years and they weren’t just doing one project, so we collaborated with a lot of different people. I worked closely with the CEO, program managers, creative teams, and marketing specialists. I also worked with copywriters and digital marketers.
How did you come to work with Quantious?
They were already employed by the company when I joined, so they were already a preferred supplier at Meta.
How much have you invested with them?
We spent between $1 million–$5 million.

I worked with them from July 2020 to February 2024.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped us increase brand awareness and meet our lead generation and demand generation goals. Quantious was a brilliant partner to work with. They were very professional, committed, and responsive. They worked with us on anything from short-term firestorms to filling gaps in resourcing my team to providing ongoing support. They worked with us on short-term, medium-term, and long-term projects. They helped me and my team achieve our goals within the business and were an extension of my team, helping us deliver different marketing enablement activities on time.
How did Quantious perform from a project management standpoint?
They delivered on time, which was one of their real strengths. They understood the deadlines and timelines we were working to and helped us keep to them. They were strong in project management.
They didn’t necessarily use the entire budget. If they felt they could do the work and come in under what they proposed, they would do it. They had a very flexible approach to making sure that any underspend was then available for future projects.
We used our internal tool, Workplace from Meta, to communicate. It had chat, video, and document storage. My company also used different tools, and they would join us in whatever tools we preferred. For example, some people in my team used Asana, and others used monday.com. They made it easy for us to work with anything we wanted.
What did you find most impressive about them?
It really was a team effort and they were a true partner across many different areas. They were very good at spotting where they had gaps or where they needed to improve themselves. They were very open to feedback and were really good communicators. It was easy to make sure we were all on the same wavelength and could do the work in the right way.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there weren’t any areas they could improve. Do you have any advice for potential customers? I would advise potential clients to just ask Quantious to deliver because they will.
Quantious created a series of customer case studies for an IT company. The goal was to drive awareness and confidence in the client's products.
Quantious delivered more than three case studies in less than 60 days. They managed communications between project partners across multiple time zones. The client was impressed with their ability to quickly understand complex and technical products.
