We work with two people from their team. One of them has an administrative role, such as collecting our assets and setting things up. The other one focuses more on reporting. Our main point of contact is Petra (Director & Founder).

The ads work. We’ve increased our revenue and number of customers, and the engagement has been a good experience so far.

Quantified Web’s project management is fantastic. To communicate, we use email and Zoom.

The team is truly efficient. They like to understand the process — they’re detail-oriented and always follow through.

No, there aren’t. Everything we’ve done with them has been a great experience.

Be on top of Quantified Web as much as they’re on top of you, and be highly engaged.

I am the Director of a uniform company - we create collections for the hair and beauty community so that they can purchase fashionable uniforms from our online store. We also style and manufacture bespoke uniform suites for Boutique Corporates, healthcare and hospitality SMEs.

To help us set up and manage our Google ads search campaigns for our online store - including some shopping campaigns - in order to capture the right audience and increase sales

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Petra from The Quantified web was recommended to me. I followed her posts and signed up to her edMs - which I found to be very valuable. Petra is very knowledgable. After sometime - I wanted to work with her.

Petra prepared a thoughtful, detailed proposal and suggested an approach with options to include search & shopping campaigns (which we took on at a later stage) as well as payment plan options which was helpful for a small business to make a decision. As well as some upgrades to our tracking information.

We only worked directly with Petra, and occasionally some follow up from her team

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

With Petra's help we were able to drop our cost per click, and engage an audience more likely to convert online. We saw some promising growth during months when the country was not in lockdown.

Our biggest challenge was selling uniforms to businesses that were in lockdown, and still are (half our country is in strict lockdown - which means more than half of our biggest online community is closed, and suffering financial hardship). As well as challenges around finding and keeping casual staff as the pandemic progressed which makes it difficult for businesses to organise uniforms.

Fortunately - the services we offer in styling has increased, so our focus is growth in that area and we often pause most of our campaigns with Google. Which is why we discontinued our project with The Quantified Web.

Data was always provided monthly - and was very thorough. Petra always made herself available to help with key take aways

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their unwavering passion for their clients, and their desire to go over and above for them. Their personal, hands-on approach sets them apart from other agencies. Their attention to detail and knowledge.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

No, unfortunately our situation in the pandemic made consistent success challenging. I don't believe ending the partnership had anything to do with performance/ execution.

Our target markets are in Australia and the UK, and we use The Quantified Web to manage our Google Ads strategy. We tell them what our goal is, in terms of unit goals and ROAS. We supply their team with creative and graphic design work. We’re always in communication about what marketing campaigns we’re running.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

Our main metric is ROAS. Originally, we targeted a 3x ROAS, which Petra and her team were able to deliver on. Then, we increased the target to 5x ROAS, and they’ve been consistently delivering that as well.

How did The Quantified Web perform from a project management standpoint?

They do really well. We had some issues early on, but we discussed those very transparently. We have no complaints. We catch up on the first of every month to catch up on strategy and what’s coming up. We communicate via email and Zoom. Petra also provides a number of reporting tools.  

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is very data-driven, and they understand the technology they’re working with a lot better than other agencies. Petra doesn’t have a traditional marketing background; she comes from a very data-centered role.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d like to contract them for more services. It would also be great to have more regular updates on how much work is available on the retainer we pay for. They could be more transparent about the time spent on the account.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

My advice is to clearly communicate what your goals are and what metrics you want to measure success by. Do not micromanage them; trust that you’ve hired the experts in their field.

I was the owner of Empowered Marketing at the time, we specialised in growing e-commerce companies through Facebook and email marketing.

She was recommended to me from a good friend at Clever Fox Creative, a WordPress web agency that have very high standards. After catching up with Petra Manos I could see the value she had to offer and that she knew what she was doing.

We not only 3x the clients revenue, but actually managed to 4x it from $10k a month to $40k a month in around 3 months.

The strategy was great, a lot of ideas that I had never thought of were implemented. Also, the passion involved was great to see, which made it fun to collaborate with them.

There are always improvements but to be honest I can't really think of any at this time, they left a good impression.

The Quantified Web manages the full scope of our Google Ads campaigns. Their work covers both strategic setup and ongoing optimization. The main deliverables include:

• Campaign creation and setup: The Quantified Web builds new search and display campaigns for different pallet types (new, recycled, plastic, removal, regional searches, etc.), branded and competitor campaigns, and remarketing (REM) campaigns.
• Conversion tracking and reporting: The team implements and refines conversion tracking, call tracking, and lead form extensions. They also provide regular “Traffic Lights Audits” and reporting dashboards.
• Ongoing monitoring and optimization: The Quantified Web frequently monitors our account, adjusts bids and budgets, restructures campaigns, excludes poor-performing keywords, and optimizes negative keywords.
• Ad copy and creative updates: The team writes and refines ad copy for each ad group, tests variations, updates branded ads, and manages campaign assets like images and extensions.
• Best practices and compliance: The Quantified Web ensures our campaigns align with Google Ads best practices, optimizes audience targeting, investigates errors, and maintains account health (including ClickCease and Delacon integrations).
• Regular reviews and strategy adjustments: The team conducts monthly and quarterly reviews, investigates performance, and makes adjustments to ensure high ROAS and lead quality.
