What was the scope of their involvement?

Qquench Media Private Limited develops our training modules regarding the storyboards our instructional designers have already created. They follow the blueprints we make, try to improvise, and visually take them to a new creative level. One of the key aspects of this project is the instructional design aspect, which is about the art and science of how people learn and how that methodology is implemented.

They come up with great designs from aesthetics and usability perspectives, keeping things simple, clean, and crisp, which is what we're looking for.

We started working together in June 2018, and the engagement is still ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

There has been a lot of value in efficiency and cost-benefit from their work. That is one of the reasons why we still have a working relationship. Overall, they came in with great expertise in UIUX, and we're happy with how they integrated into our team.

They're great at meeting deadlines and staying within budget. Moreover, their team is responsive and accountable and has exceeded our expectations — they've surprised us with their speed and spot-on work. Regarding communication tools, we use email, WhatsApp, Microsoft Teams, and phone calls.

We needed help with UI/UX because we didn't have enough internal resources.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Qquench Media Private Limited provides us with UI/UX for our client's projects, such as pharmacy, social, or logistics apps. These are apps with 50–60 screens where we give them our mock-ups and requirements, and they take care of the UI/UX design.

For the initial research, they create personas with whatever requirements we give them. From there, they try to understand the end customers and who we're building the apps for. Consequently, they come up with a UX architecture for us, and once we approve it, they start designing so we can implement that design into our build.

Regarding technologies, they use Figma and Adobe XD, and if there are complex designs, they use Photoshop.

I've worked with Jitendra (Director) and their top designers.

Qquench Media came in with experts and analysed our problems. They analysed problems from internal as well as external stakeholders and bridged the gaps between the two.

They conducted interviews, competitor analysis, built the right information architecture and user flows so that the users queries were attended right on the website and users just started contacting us back only for business. So they literally kept the clutter away and filtered only our audience.

About four resources from Qquench worked on our project. Mainly the UX designers and the Programming experts along with a creative head.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The results were very evident within 2 months as we settled our analytics via the right SEO and segmenting of the site structure. All our unnecessary calls, wrong audience etc was shelved the calls reduced but the leads enrolled directly with less or minimal queries. We had 4-5 times more profits immediately within 3-4 months and they have been helping us on and off.

Though the work times are stipulated the team is highly efficient and their turnaround time is magnificient!

They are masters in UX/UI and branding. We got all our requirements covered under one roof!

We were quite happy with the results we have got and would keep seeking their advice in future too!
