We started off with a couple of mails. I was really impressed with how quickly QOLOS grasped what we do, what was wrong, and what needed to be improved. This was one of the reasons we chose them. When we viewed their designs along side with our current ones, we were blown away. They proposed ideas that we hadn't even considered and delivered software and a shopping experience that increased web traffic and sales by a considerable margin. We had always wanted to implement a classified section for Customers, but never had the capability to put the pen to paper and they helped immensely with that task and it's benefitted us greatly.

We have seen an 11% increase YoY in sales, also far fewer suggestions from customers for improvement, complaints about lack of functionality/"broken" pages/error messages are nonexistent. Classifieds/mechanics page is thriving. Once dormant/non functional reviews page is up to date and they've helped to drive sales as well.

Quick and outstanding communication. This was obviously extremely important because it was somewhat of a large project with a lot of moving parts and changes we wanted made. With just a lightweight spec document at the beginning, it was obvious that we needed a partner who could not only follow our vision but also help refine it. QOLOS jumped in and quickly focused on creating a design that made the app both functional and aesthetically pleasing. They worked seamlessly with our core development team, developing the app from the ground up using our new internet protocol as the foundation, while we provided the logo. They handled all other design aspects, including the UI/UX, and were crucial in making the entire concept a reality. We had daily interactions throughout the development process, allowing for real-time adjustments and refinements, which substantially accelerated our timeline. They provided essential components including the user interface, safe encryption layers, smooth protocol integration, and finished app versions that were prepared for distribution.

In addition to understanding our objectives, they made insightful comments and recommendations all along the way. BeeSpeaker is one of the few language learning apps that puts emphasis on speaking – after all, communication is the most important thing! This natural method of teaching, which involves talking to foreign language tutors, will bring results in no time. The project was divided into five major phases:

Product Design Workshop - it was vital to analyze the commercial priorities, the user requirements and technology required to ensure the success of the project.
UX/UI design - based on the deliverables from the workshop UX and UI designers used the latest design trends, user habits and design best practices to create all the necessary mockups required for the development stage.
Usability testing - the team evaluated prepared mockups, verified product hypothesis and value proposition with a selected group of potential users.
Development - the QOLOS started to work on our project. In practice, at the beginning of each sprint, the team focused on identifying the tasks which will deliver the highest business value. At the end of each sprint, a demo session was held.
Implementation - implementation consisted in making the application available on the App Store and Google Play, installation of the necessary components in the AWS cloud.

We successfully achieved the MVP product deliverables: Android and iOS mobile application, AI engine with other backend components. I think the best measure of success was getting an investor for our product after demonstrating what we have achieved in this phase. We also have a validated business model and the first users who have purchased a subscription. The application has very high ratings on Google Play and App Store.
