The Qode space team helped us accomplish many improvements to our website that we wanted and some improvements that they suggested. They were helpful in assisting when there were glitches and errors on the website and they were able to assist and fix those errors quickly. They also helped with our monthly collection launches by pushing the theme updates live, merging them into the live theme on launch days.

• Expediting the collection launch process
• Quick fixes to website glitches and errors
• built out mega menu
• added secondary mark to desktop and mobile
• added final sale messaging to checkout and product page
• updates tags on product images
• cleaned up code for any old apps that were removed
• audited apps to see what could be removed
• updated the stockist page settings
• added breadcrumbs for seo
• added descriptive text under the product titles
• changed the proiduct color from a hover to static
• I'm sure there are several other improvements I am forgetting but those are the main ones

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

For the most part Qode Space did deliver projects in a timeley manor. There were some projects that took longer than expected and some instructions that were not followed that I had to reiterate that led to more edits that made theproject take longer. It could be frustrating at times when I clearly outlined instructions and some things weren't followed then had to be redone taking longer and costing us more. Some projects took more hours than I think they should have.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I found the team to be very responsive, available when there were errors, and able to assist in resolving issues quickly.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Qode Space could have done differently?

Some of the hour estimations were a little high and seemed excessive for the designated project. I think some of the instructions I outlined for a project got overlooked so I had to re ask for things so they would have to make edits. If there are things that I outlined initially that were ignored or overlooked, that shouldn't cost us more hours and money for the team to fix.

Qode Space delivered a refreshed website for Woodside Credit. This included both a discovery and build scope. Qodespace provided planning, research, design, development, testing and launch. The project was fully managed by the Qode Space team.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Woodside Credit saw a 20% increase in leads immediately. The year the website launched, we experienced a 30% growth in business, with our new website being the jewel of our success.

Excellent project managers and good on-time delivery. Nothing goes smoothly, but management was swift to respond and fix any issues promptly.
