Please describe your company and your position there.

I'm a Partner at the firm and currently run our operations and marketing. A primary goal of mine in marketing was to improve our inbound inquiries.

For what projects/services did your company hire QCKBOT, and what were your goals?

We hired QCKBOT to help us improve our SEO and outrank our competition.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I spoke with a few companies but I was impressed with QCKBOT's founder, Robert. He had a clear and concise way of presenting his services and I felt like he cared about aligning his activities with our goals. At the end of the day these transactions are about trust and I felt like QCKBOT had the expertise and was a trustworthy partner.

Describe the scope of work in detail, including the project steps, key deliverables, and campaigns.

We hired them to manage our SEO which included a deep analysis of our performance and competitors up front. We received a report that was way more in-depth than I was expecting and it had detailed and insightful summaries.

They also made a wide range of tweaks and improvements to our site, and are currently helping us with ongoing content creation focused primarily on our blog content.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I worked directly with the founder but he has a team of developers to lean on. I never met them, but then I worked with QCKBOT pretty early and I'm sure they're growing quite a bit because they do great work.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We're rapidly growing in rank, jumping up several pages for all of our top keywords. We're onto the first page for at least a few of them. We've also been able to maintain a very high quality standard for our content which was important to me for the sake of maintaining our expert positioning.

Describe their project management style, including communication tools and timeliness.

They've been great at communicating updates. We have standing meetings weekly that are usually quick, targeted, and valuable. Aside from that I get email updates pretty quickly after any news arises. I've been very happy with their timeliness.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am most impressed with their focus on automation and analysis. They don't just do SEO work they automate work for themselves and their customers which makes them incredibly efficient at what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It took us a while to figure out how to create high quality content because we were initially focused on quantity over quality. Our business was hard to develop content for and I was a picky customer in that regard because I care a lot about managing our brand.

It was a small learning experience but we worked through it well and kept at it until we had a solution. Bumps in the road always happen, it's important to find folks who stick through them until they find a solution.

I’m the managing partner and CFO of Photozyme, a skin care e-commerce company.

QCKBOT provides monthly keyword search articles and blog posts. In addition, they handle our website optimization to streamline the customer's user experience and make the checkout process easier.

We work with three teammates from QCKBOT.

Someone referred QCKBOT to us. We chose them over other options because of their strong leadership and SEO understanding.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in April 2024, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

QCKBOT's work has resulted in monthly KPIs that show organic growth. For example, our website traffic has increased by 15% based on the keyword searches.

How did QCKBOT perform from a project management standpoint?

QCKBOT is proactive and makes recommendations on research areas for our articles and blog posts. In addition, they deliver on time. We communicate via email and monthly Zoom calls.

What did you find most impressive about them?

QCKBOT understands SEO and website optimization based on their understanding of a very complex landscape, past experience, and changing internet dynamics.

I can't think of anything for them to improve.
