Content and article output could be strengthened with higher-quality execution and stronger strategic intent. Increasing the pace of testing, iterating more frequently, and aligning updates more closely with the brand’s speed and evolving needs would also elevate overall performance.

Our SEO performance skyrocketed as a result of working with QCKbot.  Before working together, we had virtually no SEO presence.  Now, we are generating thousands of clicks per month from organic search.  We are even ranking #1 for some highly competitive, transactionally intended keywords - directly boosting our sales.  Our domain authority has also increased greatly.

I spoke with a few companies but I was impressed with QCK's founder, Robert. He had a clear and concise way of presenting his services and I felt like he cared about aligning his activities with our goals. At the end of the day these transactions are about trust and I felt like QCK had the expertise and was a trustworthy partner.

We hired them to manage our SEO which included a deep analysis of our performance and competitors up front. We received a report that was way more in-depth than I was expecting and it had detailed and insightful summaries.

They also made a wide range of tweaks and improvements to our site, and are currently helping us with ongoing content creation focused primarily on our blog content.

I worked directly with the founder but he has a team of developers to lean on. I never met them, but then I worked with QCK pretty early and I'm sure they're growing quite a bit because they do great work.

We're rapidly growing in rank, jumping up several pages for all of our top keywords. We're onto the first page for at least a few of them. We've also been able to maintain a very high quality standard for our content which was important to me for the sake of maintaining our expert positioning.

They've been great at communicating updates. We have standing meetings weekly that are usually quick, targeted, and valuable. Aside from that I get email updates pretty quickly after any news arises. I've been very happy with their timeliness.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I am most impressed with their focus on automation and analysis. They don't just do SEO work they automate work for themselves and their customers which makes them incredibly efficient at what they do.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It took us a while to figure out how to create high quality content because we were initially focused on quantity over quality. Our business was hard to develop content for and I was a picky customer in that regard because I care a lot about managing our brand.

It was a small learning experience but we worked through it well and kept at it until we had a solution. Bumps in the road always happen, it's important to find folks who stick through them until they find a solution.

The team has built a custom landing page for one specific marketing campaign. On the site, we've tested carousel image placement on product detail pages (PDPs), product title, review, and price placement. We've also tested CTA button colors and sticky or non-sticky announcement headers.

We've seen a number of increases in CTR to the next step in the funnel but have not yet seen any significant results on conversion and revenue. I realize these tests are micro-steps that should ultimately result in increased conversions and higher revenue as our goal.

In just 90 days, Shopify showed total sales up 15% and average order value (AOV) up 12%. On the SEO side, we saw total keywords increase by 43% and a 374% jump in page-one keywords, which resulted in a 31% increase in organic users, 46% increase in organic purchases, and 43% increase in organic revenue.
