Nothing groundbreaking, but it needed to work reliably and integrate cleanly with our existing systems. We needed developers who could understand our architecture and write code we wouldn't have to refactor later.

They nailed it. The chatbot does exactly what it's supposed to do—handles the routine queries, captures the data properly, and routes to human agents when needed. The code was clean and well-documented. We were really happy with how well it integrated. The best part is we didn't run into those typical headaches where you have to go back and fix architecture missteps or integration blunders. They got the data flows right from the start.

They also left documentation for the whole pipeline of 8 microservices and external services with descriptions of how they communicate with each other, and what the input of this pipeline is, and what the output is for our users (after processing the user’s subscription).

Are there any areas for improvement or something Pynest could have done differently?

Nothing I can think of. We're extremely happy that we decided to work with them, and we would absolutely work with them again for future projects.
