Profitline was contracted to optimize and operate the company's revenue cycle through an outsourcing/operations partner/bpo model, supported by business intelligence and data analytics solutions. The second most important reason for hiring Profitline was to achieve the complete automation and digitization of financial and operational processes related to portfolio management.
This allowed for the standardization of workflows, the elimination of repetitive manual tasks, and a reduction in operational errors, ensuring greater traceability and control of information. Through technological platforms and data analytics, Profitline enabled a more agile, scalable process based on real-time information, improving internal efficiency and strengthening decision-making.
The scope included the comprehensive management of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process, with an emphasis on portfolio control, payment processing, and financial visibility.
Profitline took over the daily operations of invoice tracking, collections management, bank reconciliation, and handling of issues and disputes, integrating these processes with the company's existing financial systems.
