Project management is perfect. The project manager explains all the changes they’ve done during the period, and we get weekly updates.

Moreover, communication is good; they offer options like Slack, but we prefer to use Telegram. We also communicate via Zoom if we have calls.

We like their communication; it’s easy to communicate with them.

We have had strong consistent results with MOM% growth in sales. The strategy has been strong steady growth as opposed to short bursts of short term growth. We are in this for the long game.

Superb, highly effective, and clear in communication and deliverables.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are genuine, trustworthy and pleasant to work with. You won't find any 'sales pitch' or agenda. Just purely interested in helping us succeed. This is a genuinely rare quality in the DM industry.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

We work closely together, and they take feedback very well. There is very little I would suggest they do differently except perhaps do a better job of marketing themselves! But I sense their modesty may get in the way, hence my review.

Profit Whales is managing the paid search ad campaigns on Amazon for a portfolio of our products. They’re handling the campaigns’ day-to-day requirements, including budgeting.

Additionally, Profit Whales is researching and offering recommendations on how to improve our product listing on Amazon. They study similar products from our competitors using Helium 10, Keepa, and Sellics. 

From there, they’ll provide recommendations on how we should optimize our imagery, video, titles, bullet points, A+ content, and others. Our team is responsible for the implementation.

Thanks to Profit Whales, we’ve experienced significant successes for a number of our products, and their team has exceeded all of the targets we’ve given them. Overall, they’ve reduced our expenses, increased our sales, and improved our profitability. They’ve also got our products into number one ranking consistently. 

How did Profit Whales perform from a project management standpoint?

Profit Whales has exceeded our expectations on project management. They can scale far quicker than we can internally. Before we’ve started the project, they’ve been very realistic about what the improvements will look like. They’ve overachieved on our target metrics. 

I’ve worked with many agencies in the past. Once we’re settled with them, we no longer feel we have their attention. It’s completely different with Profit Whales. 

Our project manager is amazing at keeping us up to speed with their work on our products. They’re very proactive, and we meet 2–3 times a week. We collaborate using Slack and Google Sheets.

Profit Whales has fulfilled their commitments and overachieved on our targets — that doesn’t often happen with agencies. In addition, they are down-to-earth and proactive; there isn’t a day that I’m not speaking with their team.

Our revenue has increased 13% compared to previous months, and our top product has the 2,200th Best Sellers Rank (BSR) in its category on Amazon. We’re almost at the top, and compared to our direct competitors, our product is number one.

In general, the results are cool! In the first six months, we reached the top 3 in the niche of our core product, and most of the key queries were in the absolute leaders in clicks and sales with PPC advertising. And now these results remain the same, plus we are developing new products, where we are also getting good results from the PPC.

Communication with the company is cool, because their project manager is constantly in touch, helps with all issues and listens to our wishes, which we always have a lot.

It's amazing how this company has grown over the past few years. More than 1000 sellers from all over the world who use their software to optimize and create advertising! They are also cool in new advertising tools, the first to use and test all the new products, wow! The team fully copes with its work.

No, everything is fine in the company. It might be worth adding a little better analytics and reporting, because at some point we had to teach them the metrics we needed.
