How did you select Prima Designing and what were the deciding factors?

I selected Prima Designing after their pitch to make my website easier for me to manage and to make the website more modern in design and function.

Prima Designing was supposed to re-design my pages to make user navigation easier and to include content to make internet search engines produce higher ranking search results. They were also supposed to provide me with a management control panel that would make it easier for me to change website page content.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

I never worked with anyone besides a salesman.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Prima Designing repeatedly failed to listen to any of my demands for photo sizes at least as large as the existing pages before they changed them. Photos were too small, all text fonts were too small and very hard to read and website content was broken up into sections that made no sense. Their links sent users to the wrong pages and they would not fix any of my issues. After repeated failures to fix any of the issues, they ignored any of my further attempts at communication and kept my money.

I spoke with the Prima Designing salesman weekly for some months without any success with website improvement. I provided written lists of issues that were ignored repeatedly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Unfilled promises to improve the website.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Prima Designing should be more responsive to customer wishes and actually make improvements to webpage design.
