PPC Masterminds was hired to upgrade our website design and in the process add affiliate tracking so we can track where revenue is coming from. They also helped setup Retargeting campaigns on Google display network and YouTube to help get users back to the website.

PPC Masterminds was superb and worked with us every step of the way to transform our old website into a modern, highly converting website. Their communication is outstanding and Zaid, the owner, is always available and ready to help. Once the website design was approved, they managed to turn the design into a working website and added many dynamic features that helped us generate more revenue. 
They were also able to setup affiliate revenue tracking which was non existent before. This helped up figure out how to improve our customer experience tremendously. They also setup Retargeting campaign on Google Display Network and YouTube which to this day send users back to our website at a very cheap cost.

PPC Masterminds worked with us to build a user centric website that incorporated design elements we know users look. They also helped us create and launch PPC campaigns that targeted review pages (or affiliate pages) and helped us track sales from those pages even though the sales are going to a 3rd party and have a delay to report results.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

PPC Masterminds was able to provide us with a profitable return on investment after a few months of starting working on our Google Ads account. We started out with a 2x ROAS and currently fluctuating between 7x and 9x ROAS which is amazing for us. Even though tracking affiliate income seemed to be difficult, they were able to setup tracking and reports that helped us figure out which review/affiliate pages were the best to focus on. 

Their weekly and monthly Google Ads reports are tremendously detailed and helped us get there. Their continued website maintenance support has also be instrumental in improving our revenue.

Almost all tasks were completed on time or earlier. In some cases were tasks needed more time, we were informed of the delay before hand and everything was communicated to us in advance of production. They made sure we review and approve everything before it goes live which was great!

We were working with an agency before them so we had a baseline for comparison, and it looked like we had hit a wall. Within a couple of months of working with PPC Masterminds we saw an improvement -- apparently our previous agency had missed out on some key targeting which they corrected and it showed right away. We've been working with them for over 3 years and spend 100k+ per year, and they've been growing our account every year since the beginning.
