I’m the founder of Permanence. We do permanent hair removal.

What challenge were you trying to address with PPC Land?

As I was not a marketing expert, I hired PPC Land to help us with that part of our business.

What was the scope of their involvement?

PPC Land helps us look after our website, works on our Google Ads, and implements other marketing strategies to make sure we appear on the first page of search engine results.

Every month, they send us the assets and content they’re going to publish. I review them with my editors and send them back to their team with our input and changes. We also have a manager in our team that works closely with them. At the end of the month, PPC Land sends us a report with the results.

What is the team composition?

George (Founder) is our main point of contact, and he communicates down to his team.

How did you come to work with PPC Land?

PPC Land was a referral. We were told that George was excellent and had integrity. Therefore, we didn’t look at anybody else for the job.

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve spent around $35,000 AUD (approximately $27,000 USD).

What is the status of this engagement?

We connected with PPC Land around 2015, but we started working on this project in January 2018, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The number of people that come through our door after finding us online has improved. I pay PPC Land to do our marketing, and they’ve done a great job.

How did PPC Land perform from a project management standpoint?

PPC Land’s project management is excellent — we’ve never had a problem with them. We communicate via email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

PPC Land’s integrity is impressive — I’m very happy with them. They’re honest and deliver what we are after.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I haven’t had any issues with PPC Land — I wouldn’t look at another company for this job.

When you’re dealing with integrity, you’ll notice that they will give you what you need and offer value for your money. PPC Land is the referral you need, and the quality of their work is great.
