We started with eximining current state of campaigns and technical set up of ads managers and conversion pixels.
We agreed on weekly meetings to discuss results, campaign optimization, and monthly media plans. The process of cooperation was built the following way: marketing manager form SplitMetrics provides copies, creatives, target audience description, and the PowerUp team set up the campaigns, overview day-to-day performance and report on results.

We hired Power-UP to build our Google Ads portfolio and introduce a steady income from paid channels. Later, we expanded our collaboration to general marketing analytics. Recently, we began to set up a very detailed reporting on user behavior. This also requires experience and knowledge on API integrations, which PowerUp offers.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
PowerUp came as a referral from a business partner. The ease of communication and ability to scale alongside the agency was the defining factor in starting our work together. Also, before we got the agency on a retainer, we commissioned them to fix a google analytics & web tracking bug. They executed the fix quickly.

Currently, we work with PowerUp on PPC and Analytics. This includes scaling our Google Ads & META portfolio and optimizing it for better ROAS. As for Analytics, together we work on building out an interactive Looker Studio dashboard that provides marketing insights, as well, as monthly performance reports.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We currently work with a lead analyst, who also happens to be the CEO of the company, as well as an account/project manager. In addition, there's a PPC specialist who's attached to our project.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We've successfully doubled our Google Ads spending, arrived at a steady # of qualified leads per paid channel, and executed a few successful tests to increase our website performance and conversion.

We work through monthly reports, status meetings every few weeks, brainstorm sessions. We also work through Notion task management to track ongoing tasks.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They are very loyal in their approach and willing to go the extra mile. They also have great communication.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
Perhaps, be more objective-driven rather than process driven. Sometimes, we tend to get lost in processes and need to reevaluate what drives the company forward.

In 2022 we were testing a 3 product ideas and set goals to test them on paid traffic to evaluate the demand, conversion rate and customer acquisition cost. We hired Power-UP to run paid ads in Facebook and Instagram.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?
Power-UP had 3 components we needed: success track record in Google and Facebook/Instagram paid advertising, ability to cover advertising and analytics by one team and a personal recommendation.

First step was to get an adversing strategy offer with budgets and hourly rates. Than upon agreeing on that agency proceeded to set up ad accounts and campaigns, set up analytics. After that most of the time they ran and optimised campaigns according to our objectives of getting most leads/sales with lowest customer acquisition cost.
How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?
We had 2 people working on us: a campaign manager who was running ads and also covered the client relations and the web-analytic who set up events and goals on our websites.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We worked on 3 product in total. 2 of the products got the demaid evaluation we needed and were closed. And 1 more product we worked on (Coverler.com got) the investor funding and is still being supported by Power-UP. But generally the outcome is that we're seeing the constant growth of sales and decrease in customer acquisition costs.

We communicated using messengers, all deliverables were in GoogleDocs or ad accounts, meetings were held in Google Meet. All communication was timely and sometimes even out of business hours which is an extra mile and cool.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
They have a deep understanding of advertising systems and optimization. Ability to adapt to a fast-paces changes of startup niche. Ability to work even in high-stress and under infrastructure fails of Ukraine because of the Russian Invasion.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
I bit of proactivity in offering optimisation steps and a bit more deep-diving in the product would be cool, but not critical.

We were looking for a company that would be able to advertise our complexes on Google, Facebook and Instagram, analyze the results and improve them by using new digital tools, improving campaign settings, etc. As a result of their work, we consider not just an increase in sites' and pages' visits , but mainly an increase in potential customers, calls and meetings.

After conducting a tender and meeting with the most suitable agencies, we decided to choose this one based on their approach, advice, professionalism, previous clients and cost.

We provided the agency with our advertising materials, explained the basic principles of the companies. We received a long-term Google advertising strategy from the agency and started working on its implementation. Over time, we began to involve the agency in working with social networks (namely, advertising campaigns). During wartime in Ukraine, the agency continues to work with us, developing short-term advertising campaigns.

We work with the project manager, keep in touch with the director.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?
We cannot disclose the figures, but I can say that the awareness of the audiences has grown significantly, we have reached the planned level of sales of apartments and houses. During wartime, our results, namely calls, increased 5 times compared to when no ads were running.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We conduct weekly calls with the project manager, and also address questions and requests when necessary between them. They are very prompt in responding to inquiries whenever possible. We are satisfied with their work.
What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?
The agency completely covers our advertising needs in Google, Facebook and Instagram for all three of our properties.
Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?
We resolve all minor comments immediately and are now completely satisfied.
