There were two main goals:
Revamping our nurturing strategy in Hubspot:
- Need to work on a more efficient lead genenation strategy.
- Revamp all the nurturing automation strategy & emailing.
- Build complex and adapted path for evey lead.
Build a MQL model efficient in Hubspot:
- Create an efficient contact score that allow us to tract our prospect's activities.
- Make the model easy to understand for our sales population to exploit as maximum the MQLs.
- Generate pipe and ARR thanks to the MQL model.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Revamping of our nurturing strategy being able to capture a record of new leads during 2024 in our CRM.
Creating a MQL strategy that nowadays correspond about 20% of our open pipe.
