I’m partners with my brother and we’re both independent realtors.

What challenge were you trying to address with Pixilink Solutions?
We wanted a simple and detailed website that was easier to manage and navigate through.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Pixilink Solutions provides us with web development, hosting, and maintenance, as well as photography services and basically anything I need from a development standpoint. They have an app where I can schedule appointments, give virtual tours, and create floor plans.
Once the listing gets approved, the photos and information are automatically uploaded to MLS, a real estate management system, which will then be sent to our website.
What is the team composition?
Our main point of contact is Varinder (Owner).
How did you come to work with Pixilink Solutions?
I met with Varinder (Owner) at our Fraser Valley Real Estate Board conference a few years ago, and I just really liked how their website looked — they felt like they were the best fit for our needs so we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve invested somewhere around $10,000 CAD (approximately $7,800 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
We’ve been working with Pixilink Solutions since January 2012.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
I believe the website that Pixilink Solutions developed for us is working well because people can easily access our information for free. As a result, they’re more likely to leave their contact information with us, so it’s a win-win.
How did Pixilink Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?
The only time I talk to them is whenever we experience an urgent matter, to which they consistently respond to and resolve. The process is also heavily automated, so I don’t really need to do anything to that effect.
What did you find most impressive about them?
We’re impressed with their all-encompassing services. I don’t want to worry about our website and social media presence, and Pixilink Solutions handles everything for me so I can focus on the core of my business.
Are there any areas they could improve?
As of now, nothing comes to mind as we’re really happy with our partnership.
