1. Consultation on Architectural drawings and documentation: floor plans, elevations, flooring layouts/transitions, lighting layout plans, RCP, renderings and/or 3D drawings.

2. FF+E (finishes, fixtures + equipment) selections.

3. All specifications including but not limited to: cabinetry, tile + countertops, lighting, plumbing, flooring, exterior etc.

4. Furniture, Art/Accessories and Window treatment selections.

Any adjustments were well explained, with clear reasons and options provided along the way. The end result matched our vision and was delivered with a level of care that truly set this team apart.
