1. Consultation on Architectural drawings and documentation: floor plans, elevations, flooring layouts/transitions, lighting layout plans, RCP, renderings and/or 3D drawings.

2. FF+E (finishes, fixtures + equipment) selections.

3. All specifications  including but not limited to: cabinetry, tile + countertops, lighting, plumbing, flooring, exterior etc.

4. Furniture, Art/Accessories and Window treatment selections.

Our experience with principle designer and CEO, Alex was seamless from start to finish. The project stayed on track, with budget and schedule updates shared upfront whenever there were changes. Any adjustments were well explained, with clear reasons and options provided along the way. The end result matched our vision and was delivered with a level of care that truly set this team apart.

Consultation and designing a complete interior concept from the ground up. Key deliverables included space planning for reception, waiting room, and the three treatment areas; selection of finishes, and furnishings; and signage recommendations; and coordination through installation.

The clinic opened on its 2 mo. schedule with a fully finished interior, and patient feedback on comfort and appearance was immediately positive.

She maintained clear, ongoing communication and was quick to respond to any needs or changes, ensuring a hassle-free process from start to finish. One example on how Alex showed great problem solving is a vendor falling behind on its backordered delivery date and she was able to pivot immediately to use another vendor, get our refund and save us 5% on the cost with the new local vendor that was able to meet our schedule.
