A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm a former executive at an online clothing retailer.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with PartnerCentric, Inc.?
We were a UK-established company, and we were looking for an agency that could provide some insights into the US market and an established strong network of contacts within the target market.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Originally, the plan was to have PartnerCentric, Inc. support us in establishing relationships, but they became an integral part of our day-to-day operations on the affiliate marketing channel. I was the sole account manager on a big account, and they supported me in my daily conversations with publishers on negotiating top rates for placements.
They were also super helpful in providing insights into our performance and optimizations to the account overall. One of the biggest contributions was their reach into the market, their expertise within it, and their ability to showcase the room for improvement and optimization within the account.
What is the team composition?
There were two people on the day-to-day and another two people overseeing strategy. My key contact was Erinn (Brand Strategist), who was the most astounding person I have ever worked with.
How did you come to work with PartnerCentric, Inc.?
A big reason for choosing them was their huge reach into the market and established connections.
How much have you invested in them?
We were investing $5,000 a month with them.
What is the status of this engagement?
We worked together from January 2020–January 2022.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
They helped us get our ROI on the overall program from under $2.00 to almost $8.00 per dollar of ad spend — that is one of the key success metrics, especially for the affiliate channel. We grew over 100% year on year, and they were consistently excellent in the service they provided.
How did PartnerCentric, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They were very professional, extremely timely, and efficient — I don’t think I have ever worked with a team that I have been so happy with the level of service and the commitment to their deadlines.
Regarding tools and communication, we had internal spreadsheets, and we would contact them via email and weekly sync-ups. In addition, we would catch up whenever needed, and they were very accommodating in terms of contact needs.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The focus they put on supporting women, and I know that it is a women-owned business, is very inspiring and impressive. Also, the professionalism and service they provided day-to-day surmounted any expectations that I had set out initially, which was key to the engagement's success.
Overall, the attention they put into everything and the level of care was very obvious in every interaction.
Are there any areas they could improve?
I genuinely can’t think of anything they could improve on.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
The sooner you start working with them, the better. Also, be clear with your goal because they'll deliver whatever you ask for; we only faced any hiccups when we had internal issues defining what we were looking for and couldn’t communicate that effectively to them.
As long as you have a very clear objective, they'll always be able to support you.

transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I'm the co-founder of Zuma Nutrition, an e-commerce business and brand. I run the entire business and manage all of our marketing and e-commerce.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with PartnerCentric, Inc.?
We originally hired them for affiliate marketing services. We were looking to diversify our traffic and have more sources of traffic coming into our website.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
PartnerCentric, Inc. runs our affiliate and influencer marketing. They initially conducted research and audited our competition for us. The key components of their comprehensive marketing plan are a go-to-market strategy for how we should activate our affiliate marketing to get better visibility and traffic for the brand.
What is the team composition?
We have four primary points of contact: an account representative, Maggie, who does our outreach, Madison, Alison, who manages them, and Patrik, the sales representative.
How did you come to work with PartnerCentric, Inc.?
We were looking to hire a professional affiliate marketing agency. One of our employees was talking to friends because we were interviewing a competitor to PartnerCentric and getting some red flags in the interview process. We talked to some people high up at different agencies, and they told us to work with PartnerCentric, Inc.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent $23,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We started working together in April 2025, and the engagement is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
For the amount of time that has passed, we’re very happy with the impact that they’ve driven for us. Affiliate marketing is a long-term build, but we’ve been pleasantly surprised. We already have a strong brand recognition, and they’ve been able to drive impact quickly for us, quicker than expected.
They’ve gotten us some great new marketing partners, and we’ve been working on onboarding quite a few new ones. We’ve had a few great features that have gotten us featured in The Daily Mail, which is a large news publication.
How did PartnerCentric, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They’ve hit all their deadlines and are very organized and professional. They do everything on what's called an SOW, they track by the hour, and we’re grateful for that because a lot of agencies don’t do that. They have been very transparent about what work they’re going to do. We do calls twice a month and email throughout the week.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their organization and professionalism are impressive. They’re also very well-connected.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, we don’t have any negative feedback. They've been really solid so far.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Understand that affiliate marketing has a long ramp-up period. It’s important for business owners to understand that results don’t come overnight. They need to slowly build up the program the right way. When they present you with opportunities, listen to their advice. They’re professionals, and it’s important for founders of businesses to not let their ego get in the way.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the managing director for CheapAir.com. We’re in the travel industry.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with PartnerCentric, Inc.?
We needed help managing our affiliate program with CJ Affiliate. We wanted to expand our brand awareness and drive more sales.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
PartnerCentric, Inc. set up our account with CJ Affiliate. They also helped us sign up different publishers to join our program, and we worked with them to set the terms for the program.
What is the team composition?
An account manager was responsible for our account. We engaged with many of their team members throughout our relationship but mainly dealt with our account manager.
How did you come to work with PartnerCentric, Inc.?
My previous colleague signed them up and started the partnership with them. I took over for him at the end of last year, so I’m unsure how he found them.
How much have you invested with them?
We paid a $3,500 monthly fee. Additionally, we gave them a 15% performance incentive of the affiliate commission for the first 50,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We signed up with them in December 2011 and ended the partnership in June 2024.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We saw an increase in brand awareness and sales. Since I came into the project about six months ago, at the end of the partnership with PartnerCentric, Inc., I don’t fully understand how we grew from where we were to where we are today. However, the partnership was profitable and successful for us. They drove a lot of sales, and our ROI was positive. Overall, they exceeded our expectations.
How did PartnerCentric, Inc. perform from a project management standpoint?
They went above and beyond in their project management. During the COVID-19 pandemic, no one was traveling, but they were gracious enough to adjust our contract and lower the cost. PartnerCentric, Inc. worked with us to keep the costs manageable during that time.
We mostly communicated through phone calls, emails, and Zoom calls. They also shared some reports through Google Sheets documents.
Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?
Megan (Affiliate Program Manager) was amazing to work with. She was very dedicated, knowledgeable, and responsive to our questions. She went above and beyond to manage our program.
What did you find most impressive about them?
I noticed their experience and knowledge in affiliate marketing right away.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, they managed everything very well.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
