One aspect I think could have been improved is the initial timeline for some of the design and development stages. While they consistently met deadlines, there were moments early in the project when some milestones took slightly longer than expected. A more detailed upfront breakdown of the project phases and a clearer timeline for each could have helped set more precise expectations from the start.

Additionally, while their communication was excellent, I believe more frequent check-ins during the early stages of implementation could have helped avoid small misunderstandings. Even though they were very responsive, having a more regular cadence for updates during key phases would have enhanced the feeling of being "in the loop" at all times.

 That being said, these are minor points, and overall, the company’s performance was outstanding. They delivered exceptional results, and any adjustments would only serve to make an already strong process even more seamless.

After launching our shop we were were pleased with its modern design recommended by the team and all features worked as it should.

The most impressive thing about this company is their unique approach towards the Clients. We were very good taken care of and we had a direct contact with the owner that immedietely reacted to our needs. Also, I recon their knowledge and experience is on a very high level.

As of now we can't comply on anything serious besides very minor issues that always occur during such projects like slight delays but in general everything was fine.

After several iterations and collaboration regarding design and content, we’re quite happy with the website. Pageart has excellent technical skills and is quick to fix any mistakes. Above all, they take responsibility for their work.

Sebastian is always available and responsive. We communicate via phone, video calls, and email. We also use Google Docs. Overall, the website has been completed in an acceptable timeframe, but they’ve missed most of our deadlines.
