The video effectively communicated our message and highlighted the services we offer. Most importantly, the video content gave a personal and relational view of how Karen and I conduct business. The video quality is clear, contains appropriate graphics, has seamless transitions, and high-quality footage.

From start to finish the entire team exhibited a high level of professionalism. From our initial consultation to the final delivery, every interaction was conducted with courtesy, promptness, and attention to detail. Owen kept us informed at every stage, providing regular updates and seeking feedback to ensure our vision was accurately portrayed. He was receptive to our input and made necessary adjustments promptly, ensuring that the final product met and exceeded our expectations.

The only thing I would change for next time is to have varied content in the social media shorts. This is not a criticism on Padula, but lack of foresight on my part on how we can and will leverage these in the future.

What I find most impressive and satisfying with Padula is their ability to collaborate professionally with my needs as a real estate agent. They have been able to pivot quickly with the ever changing landscape of real estate as well as the audience engagement. Our meetings have been creative because of everyone's ability to learn from each other and understand that more minds are better than one. There is no ego here, just the desire for everyone to succeed.

I am one of the Directors of Sales & Marketing at Mercer Hill at Doylestown, a brand-new 146 apartment Independent Living, Personal Care, and Memory Care community located in historical Doylestown, PA. I work directly with prospects to show them our community, guide them through the sales process, and ensure that they make an informed decision that will expand their lifestyle and allow them to receive the care needed.

For what projects/services did your company hire Padula Media?

We were looking for a marketing tool to allow our prospects, the community, and others to see just how unique Mercer Hill at Doylestown is. Our community is structured on a "cruise ship concept" and is highly "amenitized".

We try to encourage everyone to tour, but that is not often feasible. Having a quick, impactful video to showcase our community and get it in front of prospects is exactly what we needed. We even have our very own Main Street, replicated after Doylestown's historical Main Street. Trying to explain that to prospects was difficult without seeing it.

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor?

Our corporate partners selected Padula Media, as our developer, Westrum Development, had worked with Padula for other community projects.

With being at the community level, much of my involvement was through email communication after corporate marketing had selected Padula to take on our project. After that, there was a complete open line of communication to ensure that our vision came to life. The day of shooting of the footage, Kyle came out and worked directly with us to help stage rooms, take various shots, and ensure that he captured exactly what we wanted. Owen and his team ensured that we were updated several times a day regarding progress of the project, and worked tirelessly (and without hesitation) to make any changes we requested.

What was the team composition?

We worked closely with the Padula Media team via email and they were incredibly responsive and honored all of our suggestions and wishes.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We've seen an increase in awareness of our product and brand and how we are differentiated within a saturated market. Having a quick link to have in my email signature, and a link to send to prospects has increased demand for tours.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our teams worked closely together to develop exactly what we were looking for. We were promised a final product by the end of the month, and despite the various changes we requested, Padula Media held true and delivered the final product early and before the end of the month!

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Padula Media took a strong interest in learning about our brand and our vision for the project., and took that and ran with it! If we had a question, it was answered promptly.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I cannot honestly say enough good things about Padula Media and their team. Their flexibility, attention to detail, drive to satisfy the customer, and ultimately create an awesome marketing tool was impressive.

To start, they sent us a questionnaire to fill out to get an idea of our brand and our mantra. We then went through the process of fine tuning the logo designs. For the video they also sent us a questionnaire with general questions to think about as we were being filmed/interviewed. They made the process very easy and welcoming.

We worked with the owner Thomas, his marketing director and also Jay the videographer.

Padula media was incredible when filming the Spangler Manners Team promotion commercial! The whole process was fun and simple. The final product was truly amazing!
