I wished the guys offered me more various mood board ideas to choose from, so that I didn't have to research my own references to other projects that I think are examples of great design.

Currently, we have a steady workflow, where an L2 Support Consultant with HTML, CSS and CMS WordPress steadily covers the traffic of tickets with technical issues. Outstaff Your team takes care of operational and retaining processes.

Thanks to our new L2 Support Engineer, we managed to establish and maintain efficient and well-timed communication between our customers, project managers and the development team. It is very convenient that we do not have to take care of back office routine and retaining process as Outstaff Your Team is doing that for us.

The Support Engineer provided by Outstaff Your Team works remotely, but he is an integral part of the team. Also, we have regular check-in calls with their Account Specialist during which we tend to share important updates and agree on further steps.

Basically I've got nothing to worry about in regards to the customer service process, that's the most important fact.

I need to say that we were constantly updated about the recruitment process and could interfere if it was needed. The strongest candidates were invited to tech interview rounds and we made an offer to the best one.

The developers we hired with Outstaff Your Team are well-experienced engineers who know how to do their job well. When any admin questions occur, they appear to be cooperative and always try to meet us halfway. The highlight was their Account Specialist facilitating a swift onboarding process, allowing the new team members to start working on the project the next day after all documents were signed.
