We were looking for a cold email platform that could send messages to a large number of leads. Outbound verified each lead to ensure our messages reached their main inbox.

We could easily expect 10-20 high-intent responses each month. For the industries we were targeting (highly competitive and nearly impossible to penetrate with cold messages), this was highly impressive. We secured enough new clients to make the investment in Outbound make sense, without a doubt.

Always responsive and helpful. They have staff dedicated to each part of their business. Any question you had was answered fast, with more than enough detail to ensure clarification. They want you to be successful.

The communication with their team and the quality of their product were highly impressive, especially at such a competitive price point.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Outbound System could have done differently?

There is a slight learning curve. Do not expect your lead lists, especially if pulled from Apollo, to be 100% accurate. There is a verification system in place for leads, but some do slip through the cracks and are not your actual targets. It's just like any other marketing system, but easy to figure out and use with some time.

I’m a project manager of a company that provides integrated outdoor services, including pool design and construction, landscape architecture, and garden maintenance. We work with families in Fairfield and Westchester counties to create customized outdoor living experiences.

We wanted to reach out to real estate agents to generate home improvement leads and start a referral partnership with them.

Outbound System has targeted the right real estate agents in our area using LinkedIn Sales Navigator. The team has also written messaging that starts conversations with them on LinkedIn.

We’ve had calls with at least 40 real estate agents since we started working with Outbound System. A few agents have already referred clients to us. We’ve built a pipeline worth over $150,000 in projects.

They setup and managed a cold email outreach campaign for us which included the infrastructure, targeting lists of our ideal buyer personas, email sequences, and all of the strategy. We had calls with our account manager whenever we needed them! Every time we got a lead, they would instantly notify us and we would take it from there.

We generated at least 40 meetings with our target market in the first 3 months, which eventually turned into over $520k in new revenue so far!

That they actually did what they said they would do! We were skeptical at first since we've never done this type of approach before, but to our surprise it was even better than expected. Especially considering the price we paid and the ROI.

No I honestly don't have any complaints. The service is 10/10, and I'd highly recommend working with them.
