Short-term goals (2025)
⬢ Rebranding and repositioning the brand – we are currently in the process of transforming the brand and strengthening its identity, with the goal of creating a trustworthy brand that becomes the first choice for people seeking health support.
⬢ Expansion into foreign markets – we aim to grow international sales primarily through a purely online model, considering local domains versus a central .com domain. Target markets include Hungary, Romania, Slovenia, Italy, Greece, and France.
⬢ Achieving profitability of 10–15% – our goal is to maintain sustainable margins while supporting healthy growth. The current target for 2024 is a turnover of EUR 1.2 million.
⬢ Data cleanup and consolidation – we feel that our data is not properly organized. Accounting is well-structured, but management analytics and data reporting are missing. The goal is to get our numbers in order and use the DigiVoucher program to implement forecasting and reporting tools.
⬢ Stable and growing B2C segment – the e-shop currently accounts for 30–40% of total turnover, and we aim to further develop it through multipacks, upselling, and personalization.
⬢ Building B2B partnerships – we collaborate with partners such as Medart, Unifarma, and Fenix. The goal is to continue developing the B2B channel systematically, including the creation of a B2B portal and simplification of the sales process.

Accurately identify time and process losses in the order → production → shipping chain and determine specific steps to eliminate them,

Introduce a structure for measuring process performance (KPI) – Click-to-Ship, OTIF, Fill Rate, Order Aging, Forecast Error,

Design an inventory management and demand forecasting model (S&OP, ABC/XYZ, ROP/SS) that will bring better planning and lower capital commitment,

Define a roadmap for digitization and automation, including the interconnection of ERP – OMS – WMS – Bloomreach systems and the construction of a Control Tower dashboard,

Develop an implementation plan and prioritize Quick Wins – measures that we can apply immediately with measurable benefits (e.g., event standardization, Click-to-Ship reporting, Quick Delivery Promise).

We consider the greatest benefit to be that the audit has provided a clear data structure and process framework that will enable us to manage brand growth effectively, with an emphasis on customer experience, order processing speed, and inventory optimization.
