Online Cultur was able to increase my online prescence in ways in which I could never accomplish. Their customer service was beyond incredible. I checked my online performance which has risen greatly since partnering with Rudy and his team.

Being in business myself I am always looking for ways to improve my service. I learned alot from the team at Online Cultur, so I couldnt make any improvement recommendations. They actually taught me how to provide a better customer experience!

Online Culture designed our website over 10 years ago. We needed a redesign recently. They have helped us with our marketing online, they have helped us with our search engine optimization or SEO so when people Google us they find us. they've also helped us create content. They've been great.

We chose online culture because they came highly recommended. We've seen the results they were able to get for colleagues of ours.

Online culture 1st sat down and ordered it our industry. They gave us entire outline as to what we should consider as our strategy. They gave us a flow chart as to what would be done and when it would be done. They also created all the content and all the video productions for our website.

We worked directly with their head web designer and video production coordinator.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

As a result of working with online culture mine culture we have noticed a tremendous amount of traffic from the Web. The vast majority of our business comes from Google and online search.

Their communication was outstanding. They put us in a position that whenever we needed work done, we submit it and it would go directly into their queue. They've always made themselves available and we have biweekly meetings To ensure everything is on target.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing I found about this company was that they were able to explain and give us the ideas that we needed to understand what was happening. Nothing was a mystery, not to mention things happened just the way they said it would. Very predictable.

I don't believe so.
