Our brand’s communication and language is now consistent in terms of brewing knowledge, quality, commitment and innovation. Omega’s humorous and engaging content or motivational quotes are also a key highlight of their work that we also appreciate.

very effective with communication and proactive from the team. They are very active in every steps of work, even proactively reminding us on our pending items to ensure all the projects are well executed in time. Those are something we are not usually observe at agency sides.

Omega Digital is proactive - they move us to further engagement and input together. We love the consistent self-awareness and activeness of the team, and they are never late (without solid, valid reasons) in terms of delivery on their tasks. This makes us totally trust in their work so we can focus on other aspects of our business.

There are different factors, especially from the market, that may have hindered the full results that we expected, but we are all aware of the 100% effort that Omega put into their work, with an aligned rationale and direction. The goal of the project was to receive customer insights from our guests, finding out what they like and dislike about our brands. We had several ideas going in, and Omega Digital was able to find what would work and what wouldn’t interest our regular customers.

The entire workflow between our teams was efficient. Omega Digital was always quick to respond with exactly what we wanted. The reports were concise and delivered frequently.
