I am the founder and CEO of a luxury eyelash extension brand providing products to lash artists around the globe.

For what projects/services did your company hire OKI Media?

We paid OKI media to do ads for us. It was a complete scam, they did not follow instructions and we did not even see a $1 increase in ads even after spending nearly $6K per month. On top of that, once we ended the contract with them Rich continued to go into our shopify website weekly. We disabled his account and he somehow made a new account to continue logging into our store. DO NOT for a minute let this guy have access to your shopify account, ads account or any other valuable information.

How did you select this vendor?

Rich contacted us - he told me about all the ways his ads would benefit us. He even told us if we didn't see major growth in 3 months we would get our money back! Sounds amazing, right? WRONG. He forged the numbers to say we had all these sales from ads, which never aligned with our shopify sales. He was changing the numbers to appear like he was getting us all these sales when in fact, he was doing nothing.

We worked closely with him and his team. The team members were pretty good - but he is the theif behind the whole fraud operation.

We saw 0 progress. Just forged numbers and thousands of dollars drained.

Horrible.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

I found it impressive how much money they could blindly steal from customers.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

The "mastermind" behind the whole operation needs to be let go and have the company closed. It's a fraud operation.

OKI Media makes creative copy for our ads and distributes it to the right audience to promote my products. They run the ads on platforms like Google, Facebook, Snapchat, and Pinterest.

We work with three people: one project coordinator, one graphic designer, and one project coordinator.

We’ve spent around $150,000.

Our engagement started in September 2020, and it’s ongoing.

We’ve seen an increase in sales; that’s around 30% of my monthly store revenue.

OKI Media’s project management is great. The tools we use include ClickUp and Slack.

Their ability to adapt to the changing market is impressive.
