Overall we were really happy, but there were a few minor areas where communication could have been a bit more proactive. For example, during the initial stages we had to chase for updates sometimes but that improved as the project went on. And while the results were great, a more in depth training session on how to maintain and build on the strategies post project would have been helpful for our internal team. But that was minor hiccups in an otherwise perfect project.
