Overall, we were very satisfied with the collaboration and did not identify any major areas for improvement. The project was well-managed and met our expectations.

If anything, additional time for post-launch optimization and A/B testing could further enhance results, but this was outside the original project scope. We would be happy to continue working with Odysse.io on future optimization initiatives.

odyssey.io handled five full-scale, responsive website builds connected to our clinic’s brand ecosystem and partner initiatives. Each project required balancing medical precision with an inviting patient-friendly design. They were responsible for end-to-end development, ensuring smooth responsiveness, clean code, seamless UI/UX alignment with our designers’ visions, and consistent quality across desktop and mobile devices.

The end result was a combination that is rare in fast-paced digital healthcare projects: satisfied clients, satisfied designers, and a final product that felt refined, consistent, and carefully crafted. Each website launch improved our ability to communicate with patients clearly and reinforced trust in our services.

Their project management was excellent every deliverable arrived on the agreed timeline, and they handled scope changes calmly, transparently, and with realistic pricing. Communication was always smooth, with quick responses and clear guidance whenever our team needed support or clarification.

What stood out most was their practical understanding of real-world digital production, where requirements evolve and perfection often requires iteration. They embraced every refinement request, delivered pixel-perfect results, and never pushed back even during detailed “pixel chasing,” ensuring every final build matched the original design vision flawlessly. 

Are there any areas for improvement or something odysse.io could have done differently?

None. Our only regret is that we no longer collaborate due to changes in our business direction after selling the agency side. Otherwise, we would still be working with them today their reliability and craftsmanship are rare.
