OCPR set up a new Google Ads account for us and created a campaign specifically targeting the key areas that we wanted to focus on within our industry. Incresaing clicks and conversions was the main aim. Regular meetings were scheduled so that we could provide feedback on the enquiries and enable OCPR to manage the campaign accordingly.

After three months, the number of clicks through to our website and conversions are starting to increase. Also, the cost per ad / conversion are reducing.

We instructed OCPR at the back end of 2023 to support us with our Meta and Google Ads campaigns. Sam and the team have helped us to manage our ads for our activity camps in locations across the UK - often meaning we struggle to have the time to make these specific to each location, so through OCPR we’re delivering better, more accurate ads and the team advise us on content that will help enhance our adverts, and which they are seeing results for in other campaigns.

It’s allowed us to alleviate some of the pressures on our team here as OCPR review and adapt the ads to ensure we’re getting the best engagement and ROI on them. 

Sam has improved the set up of our accounts and we're seeing increased engagement thorugh applications and bookings received.

The business needed a complete revamp of our marketing offering - the product value has always been high but across social media and our old website; we have been lacking. OCPR have revamped our outwardly facing perception to match the product including, but not limited too, social media, website, corporate ID, restaurant ideology.

Our existing developer was overcharging us for website services, such as hosting the domain and emails. OCPR came to us with a low-cost hosting solution and rebuilt our existing site in WordPress (Elementor), making it more user-friendly and easier for us to go in and make edits without the cost of ongoing development work. They also migrated our emails onto Google Workspace and fixed some issues with our on-site form.

The website has had zero errors on the hosting with OCPR, and emails have all been delivered, proving the fixes worked effectively. The website continues to operate well, is up to date, and provides regular inquiries.

The project was delivered speedily based on an urgent turnaround within a week, having been held to ransom by our previous developer. We found that communication was always timely, with a fast turnaround and regular check-ins with their designer via call and message to keep everything on track.  Every step of the way, they kept us in the loop with updates and responded to our requests to make small amends to the website, particularly the broken form.
