Nextpage designed and developed two websites for a construction/renovation company and an interior design firm respectively. The sites were created to drive sales with their sleek, modern designs.
One of the sites has already increased conversions by fivefold, which bodes well for the second domain. Creative and service-oriented, Nextpage worked quickly to deliver high-caliber websites that appealed to visitors. Strong project management helped to separate them from their competitors.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the sales and marketing director at IVSTROY. Founded in 2003, our company is engaged in building, construction, and renovation services.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We hired Nextpage to develop websites for both our main company and DIOME, a related interior design firm.
What were your goals for this project?
The new websites would increase both companies’ ratings and sales volumes while attracting new clients through modern innovations in web design.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
Another company had had a positive experience working with Nextpage and referred us to them.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
They designed, developed, and launched new websites for both of our companies.
What was the team composition?
They provided a project manager, a designer, a frontend developer, backend developer, and a QA specialist. The project was completed within the agreed timeline with ongoing post-launch support.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The results exceeded our expectations. After we launched the new site for IVSTROY, our sales had increased by 500%. We predict the same level of results for DIOME.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Compared to other vendors, we were especially impressed with Nextpage’s project management. Their team always complied with deadlines, providing high-quality service and deliverables.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The most impressive parts of cooperating with Nextpage were their high-level services, professional skills and knowledge, and their application of the latest design innovations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, nothing really comes to mind. Nextpage is constantly improving themselves, so my only suggestion for them is to remain energetic, creative, progressive, and open to new knowledge.

Nextpage developed an e-commerce site to sell women’s lingerie. The site features a user sign-in, a shopping cart, payment integrations, and a postal delivery option.
The new site has a simple yet trendy design, using a light color palette to show off the products. Its functions have also greatly expanded the business’s capacity for operations. While Nextpage could have provided more detailed technical specs, they delivered an outstanding product in the end.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a manager at Black Lace Boutique, a multi-brand lingerie retail network located in Odesa, Ukraine. We sell women’s lingerie, womenswear, and beauty products.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We hired Nextpage to build an online market for our lingerie shop.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted to create a stylish and exciting site to show off our clients. The main goal was to communicate our values and services to our customers.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
Nextpage was the best of the best in our region, so it made sense to go with them.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
Nextpage developed an online store to sell our products, tailoring the pages to meet our clients’ marketing needs and sensibilities. They used modern, flat designs and a strictly narrow and light color palette. Key sections included a blog, an about us page, and a FAQs. The new site also featured a user sign-in and e-commerce functions (e.g., shopping cart, catalog pages, product pages, admin panel). The team added a LiqPay payment system as well as a postal delivery service integration.
What was the team composition?
A large number of specialists worked on the project, including a sales manager during the initial stages, a project manager, a designer, a backend developer, and a frontend developer. They also provided a content manager to help prepare images for the site.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The new online store has expanded our functionality, both from a user and internal perspective. With the e-commerce features, customers can now browse catalogs, order items for delivery, and request returns. We also have several pages to inform visitors about our operations.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
They met all deadlines, and we had no questions about their project management. Their project managers did everything to ensure that we were satisfied. Since our locations were so close, we were able to meet and discuss all of our questions.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their management had strong communication skills. Not to mention, their decision making and implementation speed were very good.
Are there any areas for improvement?
They could have improved the quality of their technical specs, but, considering that we now have a great product, this wasn’t a big problem.

Nextpage was tasked with developing the frontend of a creative agency’s new website from a precise scope of requirements. The platform features animations and micro-interactions that enhance the UX/UI.
Nextpage delivered a sleek and user-friendly website that quickly secured client satisfaction. The platform even received multiple award nominations just two weeks after it launched. Rapid and responsive ongoing communication was an area in which the team notably excelled.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I work for a digital creative agency that specializes in strategy, design, and motion for brands.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We hired Nextpage to take care of the front-end development for our agency’s website.
What were your goals for this project?
Static mockups needed to be developed into a fully working and pixel-perfect website. The platform includes micro-interactions and animations.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We initially found Nextpage through Behance. Their profile showcased their past projects and overall work. We selected them based on their clear understanding of not only web development, but also design in general.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
After receiving the detailed mockups and instructions regarding animation we sent, Nextpage developed the entire frontend of our new website. Furthermore, they offered additional examples and suggestions to further enhance the overall look and feel of the site by using animations.
What was the team composition?
Nextpage assigned one project manager and one front-end developer to our project.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
Our agency’s website is an extremely vital part of our marketing strategy. Nextpage delivered a site that offers a great UX/UI. It drives most of our business, since prospective clients typically look at our website to gain a better understanding of our work. A couple of weeks after we launched the new site, we were nominated for several website awards.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Project management worked flawlessly. We communicated through Slack. Nextpage has always answered our questions and feature requests in a precise and timely manner.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The responsiveness of Nextpage’s project management team is truly outstanding. Most other vendors tend to rely solely on emails for communication, which doesn't allow for an ongoing conversation and often causes delays. With Nextpage, we were able to talk directly to the team on the phone or via Slack.
Are there any areas for improvement?
Sometimes things got lost in translation when we relayed information to the front-end developer, but that wasn't always the case. Overall, we are very satisfied with both the communication quality and the final outcome.

BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m a project manager and concept planner for Tomexpo, an exhibition stand design and production company.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We needed a vendor for website development based on a ready visual idea and a brief.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted a website that would make our company stand out from the competition—not another site that looked like we’d done it ourselves.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We sent our briefing to several agencies after reviewing their websites and portfolios. Nextpage responded to our briefing quickly and efficiently, and they were prepared to deliver even though the holiday season was upcoming. They challenged our approach and offered good insights.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
We entered with ideas about the visual appearance of the site and its functionalities and overall structure. We’d searched for examples of best practices and we based our approach on benchmarking done within the event branch. Nextpage provided us drafts and we settled on a visual style. They then did development and UI/UX design and created a content database featuring blog functionalities and a WordPress CMS. Other services included graphic design and production.
What was the team composition?
Two of our in-house team members worked with the Nextpage team, along with some freelancers who worked on visuals and translated and edited content.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
The website functions successfully and has given us an online presence.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
We had a project manager on our side and their side, which worked well as we completed the project on time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They quickly grasped our ideas. They worked efficiently and delivered work in line with our expectations.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, we’re completely satisfied.

BACKGROUND

I’m the CEO of Replyco. We’re a cloud-based messaging software that consolidates all of our customers’ conversations into one place. This provides efficiency to get to an empty inbox faster.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We didn’t have the necessary UX/UI design expertise to perfect our web app, so we hired Nextpage.
What were your goals for this project?
We wanted the app to appear more solid and attractive to clients (enterprise level as well). We also needed to identify a unique style to use throughout our online presence.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We found their work on Behance and enjoyed it immensely. It was an easy decision.
Describe the project in detail.
They connected our app’s multiple tabs, bars, pages, and pop-ups within a single style.
What was the team composition?
We worked with their sales manage initially, but after signing a contract, we transferred to a three-person team. It was easy and effective.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We’ve received terrific feedback from our previous clients. They were shocked by how the design transformed and how much cleaner it is. It’s much easier to convert leads into clients now, too.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
Everything was perfect on their side.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
They’re friendly and kind. And of course, they’re true professionals in their field.
Are there any areas for improvement?
No, I don’t think so. We’re happy with them as they are.

Nextpage built a website with a standard business structure, including a blog and a case study portfolio. They used simple, modern flat designs and a strictly narrow color palette.
The easily customizable website impressed visitors with its clear message and fresh, minimalist branding. Nextpage continually distinguished themselves with their streamlined project management, friendly attitude, and straightforward explanations of design and development principles.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
We're a 3D content creation agency that works directly with brands and other ad agencies. I'm the founder and CEO.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
We wanted a standard agency website with unique visual and interactive elements. We needed help with both design and development.
What were your goals for this project?
Our main goal was to communicate our brand values and services. Our design ideology differentiates us from competitors and shows the true value of our services.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
On Behance, I searched for teams with flat design experience. Nextpage's previous work matched my criteria, so I reached out to them.
Describe the project and the services they provided in detail.
The website needed the standard agency website structure, with a home page, service pages, project case study pages, and blog and news page, and information and contact pages. However, I was also looking for a minimalist, high-end flat design style. I wanted to include specific interactions and our brand colours of black, white, grey, and gold. They integrated an interactive webGL section by collaborating with another developer.
What was the team composition?
The team had designers, front- and backend developers, and one project manager. The co-founder, who started the project, also served as a technology and functionality advisor.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any information that demonstrates the impact that this project has had on your business?
They did a great job incorporating all the elements I wanted and making the website function well. I don't have any development experience, but I can customize the site and add content from the backend.
Our agency gained a lot of brand recognition from the website. Everyone who visits our website is captivated by the way it communicates our vision and values. It gives us a head start when closing clients.
How was project management arranged and how effective was it?
Our main project manager was the point of contact. They took care of everything, while specialists handled specific elements of the project. This was probably the best strategy, since I didn't need to communicate with multiple people.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The best part of Nextpage is its people. Everyone was warm, humble, and helpful. They did their best to accommodate all my requests and walk me through the technical aspects with which I wasn't familiar.
Are there any areas for improvement?
The only place they could improve is their timelines. If turnaround times were a little better, they would be perfect. Realistically, though, good work takes time.

Nextpage designed a logo and other branding for a blockchain company. They also provided frontend development of a website, focusing on UI/UX.
Nextpage kept the project moving and on budget by providing critical status updates throughout the engagement. While communication was occasionally chaotic, efficiency and on-time delivery generally won the day.
The client submitted this review online.
BACKGROUND
Please describe your company and your position there.
I’m the founder of NeoBlocks, a new concept to enable blockchain solutions for end-users.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
For what projects/services did your company hire Nextpage?
Since we were starting from scratch with only ideas, we needed everything for our branding and web design.
What were your goals for this project?
Compared to the competition, our design and setup needs to be easy, accessible, and user-friendly. Every user should be able to create a wallet, browse the website, and use the blockchain with confidence.
SOLUTION
How did you select this vendor?
We compared the work of several vendors and talked with several companies. We chose Nextpage because of their non-nonsense way of communication and work style. We want to move forward and see results and not spend time in meetings talking about the project.
Describe the project in detail.
We started by filling in a questionnaire. We gave them a lot of examples of what we were looking for. Nextpage created an appealing logo, brand, and accessible web design. This included a landing page, some commercial pages, and some more technical dashboard pages.
What was the team composition?
I mainly communicated with a lead designer and a project manager.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
Nextpage completed the logo design and branding. On our side, we’re still working on the backend of the site. They promised us extended support on the project while we continue working on the final details.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
In the beginning, we had a couple of Skype meetings to discuss the progress. Later, we only needed to comment on the progress and our input was required less. We mostly used InVision to check their work. Sometimes the communication was a bit chaotic, on our side as well as theirs. This caused some delay in the project. Overall, it went well and they achieved all results on time.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
Their team communicated in a friendly manner. They were always patient and willing to help us out.
Are there any areas for improvement?
I was a bit underwhelmed with the results. While the end product will likely be perfect, there are still some parts that need to be improved. We decided to accept the results as they are now, and will do any further improvements on our own.

Nextpage operates as the offsite design department for a Fintech company. Large projects include website and app redesign. They also participate in a variety of smaller tasks and establish sitewide guidelines.
Feedback from users, employees, and investors is positive. Nextpage offers a high level of quality and a variety of skills for a very competitive price. They take initiative and are strong communicators.
A Clutch analyst personally interviewed this
client over the phone. Below is an edited
transcript.
BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the founder and CEO of Teylor. We developed a fully digital online loan program for small businesses in Germany. If a company wants to buy new equipment or machinery, they can use our platform to apply for a loan and receive funds entirely online.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Nextpage?
We have in-house engineers and UX specialists but no in-house designer. We wanted a firm to help us fill that need.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
We write a detailed briefing for each piece of work we need from them. We complete all the specifications in-house before we bring them in for the design elements. Our first project with them was the design of our website. We told them what we wanted to convey and they gave us a few variations to choose from. We went through an iterative process until we reached the final product, which included a brand book and a sketch file with assets and guidelines to implement.
Next, they worked on our investor presentations. They created a set of templates for PowerPoint that included the design, layout, and our logo. They also complete a variety of small tasks for us and operate as our part-time design department. They designed our logo and helped us redesign our application process to improve the overall functionality. They designed a beautiful onboarding flow, login screen, dashboards, and a settings page. They also provide design guidelines for each element, down to the color and size of each button.
What is the team composition?
We have a main project manager who is also our point of contact for invoicing, billing, and other business matters. We also communicate with their lead designer. He sits in on all of our kickoff meetings and stays involved with the bigger projects. I’ve also interacted with two other designers on their team and I know they have development capabilities.
How did you come to work with Nextpage?
We went through Behance, Dribbble, and other similar platforms to find designers. We looked through over 200 profiles and chose about 20 groups to interview. Nextpage offered the best quality of work and communication, so we decided to work with them.
How much have you invested with them?
We’ve spent a little less than $10,000.
What is the status of this engagement?
We began working together in April 2018 and the relationship is ongoing.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
We’ve received great feedback from our users regarding the design and the overall site. We’ve used assets Nextpage gave us for all sorts of branding. We also hear good things from employees and our board of investors.
How did Nextpage perform from a project management standpoint?
Their availability and responsiveness were among the reasons we hired them. They really became a part of the team. I write to our project manager and send screenshots via WhatsApp at any time of day and he’s always there to respond.
We all had legal questions at the beginning and they took the initiative to bring in a lawyer to advise all of us. Communication is fantastic and definitely one of their strengths.
What did you find most impressive about them?
Their price value is one of the best on the market. They deliver fantastic work and have great communication and quality. They offer a wonderful combination of skills and usually respond within minutes. They also accept a variety of payment methods, including cryptocurrencies.
Are there any areas they could improve?
The only thing we could improve is more on our end. We sign a new contract for each part of the project but could streamline the process if we had one contract with them. We haven’t asked them about this yet.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Make expectations very clear at the beginning in terms of communication and your needs. Part of our success came from knowing what we wanted and when we needed it. You will save money if you have a brief prepared before you start.

Nextpage built a social network for musicians to find ensembles. They developed the platform using PHP and mobile applications using React Native. The platform allows musicians to post their commercials.
Nextpage’s work satisfies the third party’s requirements and, although not yet complete, the product is functional enough to be useful for finding investors. They proved themselves through smaller projects and now offer a strong strategic alliance. They deliver excellent communications.

BACKGROUND
Introduce your business and what you do there.
I’m the CEO of Nexus-BI. We position ourselves as an IT integrator in the market. We cover three main pillars: service and project management, software development, and service and fulfillment. We support companies with a one-stop shop for digitally based processes and projects. We have IT architects in Germany who design solutions, and we outsource work to companies like Nextpage, which act as strategic partners for us. We work closely with these companies with daily exchanges, enabling us to provide good service to our own customers.
OPPORTUNITY / CHALLENGE
What challenge were you trying to address with Nextpage?
We were working with a U.S.-based customer who wanted to build a social network where musicians could find ensembles.
SOLUTION
What was the scope of their involvement?
Nextpage is developing a platform using PHP and React Native for the mobile applications. The platform needed to feature many of the functionalities of a typical social network. The customer needed not only a social network but a platform where players in the music industry could place their commercials much more effectively. Therefore, we also needed to offer tools and APIs for tracking.
They initially worked on design tasks for our website, PowerPoint presentations, mock-ups, brochures, and more. We gave them small tasks in order to sample their quality and how their project management worked.
What is the team composition?
I interacted with one of their founders. We are working with up to five developers from their team on this project.
How did you come to work with Nextpage?
Nextpage has a western-oriented mindset. They understand what western customers need, as well as how to respect delivery deadlines, terms and conditions, and the quality level expected. We had test projects, interviews, and reviews in the beginning. We started small and gave them bigger and bigger projects. We identified that they are a great partner and they stick to the work. We picked them earlier than normal for the current project because they provided a good offer.
How much have you invested with them?
The cost of the current project has been above €100,000 ($116,696 USD).
What is the status of this engagement?
The current project started in November 2017 and is ongoing. It has slowed down because of the customer’s budget, but Nextpage has achieved a lot working with a limited budget.
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
It’s progressing extremely well. Our client could confirm the great relationship we have with Nextpage. They are happy with the progress. The results have been useful for finding investors. The solution is functional at this stage.
The client has been happy with the quality, and Nextpage has also provided support to us. The most important factor is how our own company is able to service the client and how we behave when a mistake happens, which is unavoidable. Nextpage has always taken responsibility for their work, and they’ve gone the extra mile to make the customer happy. This is something we can also reflect to our customers.
How did Nextpage perform from a project management standpoint?
Their communication is excellent. They’re always available, they’re extremely open to criticism, and they’re always willing to challenge themselves. Whenever there was an issue, they always tried to correct it. The project management tools we’re using are Jira and Trello, with Jira being the main one. We use Bitbucket and GitHub for code tracking.
What did you find most impressive about them?
First of all, they are extremely enthusiastic about what they do. They are positive and always willing to run the extra mile, no matter what the task is. They understand that being customer-centric is key.
Being a good human being with an open heart and with an understanding of others is what makes people professional. Only within such an environment can we create a solution that is designed for the customer and ensure that we can follow-up on customer interests. This was an extremely rare trait to find.
Are there any areas they could improve?
They should consider expanding their scope of services. It’s also important to constantly try and understand the demands of western customers. They need to keep up with the market in terms of service working toward the highest standard of quality.
