The project ran from April to May 2025 and included both UX/UI design and full Webflow development.

The work includes researching and creating UI concepts ( desktop, mobile, and tablet versions). To kickstart our project, we provided Nextpage with comprehensive details about our brand, vision, and project requirements.
Subsequently, they embarked on a thorough research phase to gain a deep understanding of the industry and devise optimal positioning strategies for our brand. Once equipped with the necessary knowledge, they designed wireframes, UI concepts, and other essential elements of our website.
Throughout this process, we maintained regular weekly check-ins to ensure that they were on the right track and that we were content with their service. This collaborative approach involved a considerable amount of back and forth in fine-tuning the project to our satisfaction.

Nextpage Agency was hired to design a web portal to generate the most common accounting documents rapidly. The massive scope of work falls on the design of templates for these documents. One key task was creating documents according to legal design principles.
A part of the agency's team was engaged in this. The work process walks through the next stages:
UX Research. The stage included the research for visual references, their investigation, and the creation of a moodboard. The most difficult thing was to find successful examples of the use of legal design, single out the necessary examples, and understand how to adapt them to our tasks.
UX wireframing – the skeleton of future documents. A huge amount of work was done to structure and highlight the necessary pieces of information.
UI concepts. I was very impressed with the concepts proposed by the team. They chose colors, created icons, and illustrations. At the same time, the documents looked restrained, attractive and contained all the necessary information.
Design of the real documents. Designers created templates for all necessary documents. Also, the design team implemented a system of QR codes for the convenience of using the web portal.
The result of our cooperation was the creation of all the declared documents, and their transformation in accordance with the legal design style. The documents successfully fit into the overall visual style and functionality of the portal.
