The scope of work included selecting and customizing a new Shopify template to meet our store's requirements, implementing it, and making all necessary adjustments. The entire process went smoothly, and Obfitość always responded to every email we sent requesting a correction.

After implementing and customizing the new Shopify theme, Zielarz's conversion rate doubled compared to the period before the redesign. The new theme significantly improved usability, page clarity, and product presentation, which led to smoother navigation and better shopping experience.

Our company's goal was to modernize and standardize the new online store on Shopify. We wanted customers to experience every step of the purchasing process seamlessly. The agency helped us standardize our social media presence, summarizing our most important activities and goals. The online ads the agency created were highly relevant and effective. They are currently supporting us in our operations, and we are systematically improving our online store and customer communication.

Our customer base is growing, and online sales are growing significantly, significantly different from our initial version. We can see the real impact of advertising on Meta and Google, as traffic to our website is significantly higher.

Maybe a hand-over pdf file would be a good idea - so that the fresh page owners can find quick answers for frequent questions when starting with managing their webpage.
