We have conducted several calls with different companies to understand their involvement, expertise, and capabilities. NUOPTIMA had the best presentation with the use-cases from the previous projects they had. Additionally we have got a clear presentation on what can we, as the extension developer, can expect from their work, when, and how it will be performed.

First, we have set up scope of work and the milestones which should be achieved, and decided on the deadlines. The scope of work included:

• Development of the new approach to the content creation, including images, gifs, and other content creation related activity
• Code optimization of our store which uses Magento, and blog, this also involved some coding from our side, and discussions on the better approach performance/seo-wise
• Optimization of the adwords and such campaigns
• Instructions and development of the social-media strategies for the posts and overall audience engagement in the social media networks

The main contact point was the project manager, however the calls involved SEO specialists who were educating and giving the instructions on different aspects of the optimization

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The new content for the new market for us, namely Shopware, has been rated as top google searches so far. Currently we are gathering the data with the latest Google update, and preparing the new optimization project. So far, the overall monthly blog and store visitor count has increased by a couple of percent, which has also resulted in the increased engagement by the content - specifically chat request we get. We have reduced the CPC value for the google ads. Which actually hits me up, because I've had several calls and many hours spent with the Google Ads managers and their suggestions failed to bring any value to the company. So props for that.

We have mostly had weekly meetings, not considering the initial project discussions. The guys were up to our suggestions on the communication platforms, so we decided to have meetings on Google Meet, and used emails for the call recaps and project milestone references. They managed to meet all of our deadlines. so this was another moment that I'm happy with.

The guys managed to explain in detail what we need to do, and most importantly why. I think this one is big, because the better you understand the final result and how every piece of puzzle affects it - the better the result will be. So this one. The communication was clear. The results were visible.

We'll see about that. We are planning on another project with NUOPTIMA, so if there is any room for improvement. We are expecting them to hit it.
