I’m the owner of RAQI Store, an online fashion brand selling curated clothing and accessories through e-commerce.

What challenge were you trying to address with NTFLOW?

We hired NTFLOW to build and develop our Shopify store from scratch. The goal was to have a fully functional, well-designed e-commerce store that was ready to sell and easy to manage.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NTFLOW handled the full Shopify store setup, including theme customization, product page design, navigation structure, and overall store configuration. The main deliverable was a live, fully functional Shopify storefront tailored to our brand identity as an online fashion retailer.In addition to the store build, NTFLOW set up the payment gateway so we could accept online payments, configured shipping integrations, and connected third-party apps to support the store's operations.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

After launching with NTFLOW, our store was fully operational and ready to receive orders from day one. We saw a smooth customer journey from browsing to checkout, and the store's professional look helped build trust with our audience. The biggest outcome was having a reliable, branded online presence that we could start driving traffic to immediately.We monitored website traffic and sales after launch. The store started generating orders shortly after going live, and we noticed a steady increase in traffic as we promoted the store. The checkout process worked smoothly with no technical issues reported by customers.We're still in the early stages, but the store launched successfully and we began receiving orders within the first weeks. We're currently focused on growing our traffic through marketing efforts, and the foundation NTFLOW built has made that process much smoother.The most tangible impact has been having a professional, fully functional store that represents our brand well. It saved us a significant amount of time and effort, and gave us the confidence to start marketing RAQI Store to our target audience right away.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there's nothing significant we would change. The experience was smooth from start to finish. If anything, we'd love to see them offer more post-launch support packages, but that's more of a suggestion than a criticism.
