For what projects/services did your company hire NOXU Solutions?

There was a need to redesign the dashboard for users and organize the user journey in the system. For this purpose, we decided to conduct a series of interviews to collect information and feedback. Based on the received data, create a new interface

How did you select this vendor?

We have maintained working communication for a long time for this project, but this is the first experience of cooperation in the field of design with this artist. One of the aspects was that a designer was needed on short notice, with the possibility of traveling to workshops at the client. And the performer covered this need.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

Only 5 weeks were allocated for the project. The cooperation took place as part of our lead design and was directly carried out by the designer from the Contractor. At the beginning of the project, the designer flew to us in Norway for a personal introduction, an introductory kick-off meeting, brainstorming and planning the immediate execution of the work.

After getting acquainted with the main aspects, key details and background, the designer conducted several personal interviews with the customer. Further interviews took place with representatives of the customer in various countries - in particular, the USA and Saudi Arabia. Based on the data, the designer first created a sketch of the model, and later directly the user interface.

After that, the designer also created a report based on the results of interviews and feedback from users, which will be important for the further development of the system in its next stages.

Our team worked directly with their UIX designer.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The designer has demonstrated good skills in both soft skills and direct professional work environment and tools. She collected the best information base, received important data on the necessary functionality and directly created an interface that meets the needs of the customer.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have established operational and productive communication. In particular, they also met several times with the project coordinator, organized a work trip and minimized operational time losses.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The company provided flexible terms of cooperation, the ability to launch a project on short notice and an adaptive price policy.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The company is relatively young and small, so it cannot quickly cover all potential needs. Specializing in a particular niche makes them a good partner to work with if your needs match their capabilities.

To develop an esthetically powerful and technically complex website--digital streaming platform.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I found this vendor through word-of-mouth recommendations. Their expediency and good communication were the decisive factors.

The vendor and I initiated our cooperation by having a zoom meeting where we spoke about our aims and most salient targets. Following that, the vendor presented drafts and visuals for our platform. After several amendments, they constructed the first version of the digital platform. They then made several changes in line with our comments and did their best to mirror our plan in the best possible way.

For people, including the curator, designer, and two technicians.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Although the platform has not been officially launched it accurately represents our intentions with it and our aims and objectives to potential clients.

We had frequent communications going on with their supervising management, who was navigating the executing staff in the desired direction. We found Telegram the most practical for that.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The vendor has provided us with a good platform that seems easy to edit and change.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

At one point the communication came to an abrupt holt, however, this was quickly fixed, and the team made up for any inconvenience.

SaaS solution for IT community

SOLUTION

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

A colleague knew Nikita from previous company and was really excited to work with him again. We chose NOXU because they offered multiple services.

The SaaS solution was built using React.js, Java and AWS stack. We had several meetings where we discussed our preferences and our deadlines and got to work.

How many people from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with 2 senior developers, DevOps, and 1 exec-level manager to coordinate the process.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Three months after the launch, we have over 300 registered users in our test market. The app is stable, and customers haven’t reported any bugs or issues. We can consider our collaboration a success!

They’re very transparent and easy to work with. We tracked our progress with Trello and communicated over Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have extensive knowledge of AWS that allows them to suggest improvements.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Not at this time. We greatly value their communication and management processes.
