NCQA partners with NOVO on an ongoing basis as part of our design team. Novo handles large scale design and branding projects and smaller scale graphic requests. The Novo team is an extension of our internal Marketing strategy team.

App Product Management We act as a pivotal link between various stakeholders and technical teams. Our approach involves closely collaborating with stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives. Simultaneously, we engage with marketing and sales teams to gather crucial user feedback. 

This dual insight informs our strategic coordination with our UI/UX team and the development teams. Our primary goal is to ensure that app modifications are systematic and prioritized, effectively aligning with the stakeholders' vision and user expectations. In environments where diverse and often conflicting demands can lead to delays and a loss of focus, our role is crucial. 

We serve as the orchestrator of all project priorities, establishing ourselves as the single source of truth for determining the next steps in app development. We started working together in January 2025, and the project is ongoing. However, we’re wrapping up the primary components.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

NOVO has developed a logo we love and launched a great website. Initially, we wanted a website to point chefs to when we met them and introduced ourselves. Eventually, we’ll broaden our desire for website traffic to the general public for sales.

NOVO has managed things well. The team is always easy to reach and good at having regular meetings. We communicate via email and video chats.
