I found them very easy to communicate with. They were able to walk me through processes, that I would have struggled with had they not guided me.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Novelty Ads could have done differently?

Timing of the deliverables. They should underpromise and over deliver, instead of the other way. The amount of time it took for them to build the custom website, was no different from other companies who could have built the project, the difference was they said they could have it finished in 1 month, when it took 3. On another note, at times they were waiting on us to give them visuals, copy, etc so the length of time to complete the custom website was not 100% in their control.
