We originally brought them on to help us with small side projects such as site and feature upgrades.

What was the scope of their involvement?
They have helped us with almost every part of our digital presence at this point, including website migrations between platforms, overhauls of different properties, and backend infrastructure work.
Last year, we were upgrading our main platform, and we relied on their team for that entire process from start to finish. Their team handled the custom development of the code and everything required to fully integrate it into our existing suite of technologies.

I work with about 10 members of their team, as well as their general manager who serves as a liaison for most of the work.

We’ve worked together for close to ten years, starting around January 2010 and continuing today.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?
Personally, I have been very pleased with the quality of all of the work that they delivered. Because we are on the larger side for an organization, we have between 4–5 subcontractors that we can work with on any given project. Compared to those others, their work is the best quality and I always prefer to go to their team whenever we need something taken care of.
How did Novaris perform from a project management standpoint?
I interface directly with their developers, so I’m not entirely sure about their project management skills, but we have had no problems with communicating or meeting deadlines with their team. They have done a good job to keep us updated and make sure everyone knows where we are on the work.
What did you find most impressive about them?
The level of personal attention that they give to their clients makes them really enjoyable to work with. One of their developers has become my friend over the years that we’ve worked together, and I reach out to him when we have any problem that we haven’t been able to solve because they are so knowledgeable about the technologies they use like JavaScript and SQL.
Are there any areas they could improve?
Our efforts in QA could be a little bit stronger because their team is more junior there, but it hasn’t caused us any problems.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Don’t be afraid to give them a difficult project. They have the technical skill to handle whatever you can throw at them.

For all project we just ordered an analysis, because we stoped the project CRM implementation. For analysis we used tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Teams and, of course MS office (word, excel).
