What challenge were you trying to address with Notix?

We needed a custom solution to automate some of our processes that our bookkeeping software couldn’t do, saving us a lot of time.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Notix developed an AI automation system for the automatic analysis of invoices and fiscal receipts. This included automatic item categorization, invoice validation, and automated posting based on the company’s chart of accounts. Notix also handled the full integration of the automation system with our existing bookkeeping software. They ensured smooth data synchronization, seamless workflow integration, and real-time processing, so the entire automation operated effortlessly within our existing accounting environment.

We worked with Notix from March–September 2025.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The key measurable outcomes were a 70% reduction in manual data entry time, faster invoice processing, and a significant decrease in errors during bookkeeping. Invoice processing became approximately 60% faster after implementing the Notix solution. Error rates in invoice entry dropped by about 80%, resulting in much more accurate bookkeeping records.

How did Notix perform from a project management standpoint?

Notix’s project management was excellent — they maintained clear communication, provided regular updates, and delivered all milestones on time. We used Slack for daily communication, Trello for task management, and Google Meet for meetings and progress reviews.

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed us most was their deep technical expertise and ability to quickly understand our business needs, turning complex accounting processes into a smooth, fully automated system.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Overall, the collaboration was great, but slightly faster response times during the initial testing phase would have made the process even smoother.
