We started the project with a blank canvas and set about discussing our new ventures core values and aims of our start up. We then embarked on series of discovery sessions to unearth how we might design the logo, branding, website, who we would appeal to and how to reach our intended market.

The output following our discovery sessions were a design brief for No Pork Pies to design and build up our brand assets and develop the website.

All were outcome focussed through stages:

An agreed set of deliverables during the course of our ongoing agreement to ensure our site remains secure and we benefit from utilisation of new technologies to ensure our site can integrate with new solutions so that we can enhance our service offering to visitors.

We agreed to use the Prince 2 methodology. No Pork Pies have been great to demistify techno babble and provude us with a grounded unrderstanding of what we were seeking to achieve with our designs. Our project was delivered ahead of schedule too!!

This was a full outsource CTO project.
No Pork Pies managed the entire process from ideation to delivery and beyond.

Initially starting the project with nothing more than an idea, No Pork Pies conducted research, including online audience research, competitor analysis and site structure to develop the initial wireframes for the project for the full UX journey.
This lead to a prototype of the site and management of the User Testing process, recommending changes based on feedback.
No Pork Pies then developed the site, building a completely custom website tailored to the requirements of a Marketplace.
The site was structured and built with SEO in mind, but also the awareness of the competitive nature of the mobile phone online market, create a realistic SEO Strategy for a brand new startup.
No Pork Pies also worked on the content strategy, product page structure and launch planning.
Throught No Pork Pies technical management and SEO knowledge the site's ranking exploded over a 3-4 year period. Rank quickly for specific devices, moving to more generic rankings, such as 'Refurbished iphone 15' with regular top 1-2 positions for the models to gaining exceptional growth through ranking 2nd or 3rd for generic terms like 'iphones' or 'iphones for sale' - regularly ranking about large sites like Amazon and Curry's with a fraction of the budget or brand awareness.
The SEO results have been simply amazing.
The overall site UX stats are also outstanding and we are extremely happy with the results generated by the partnership with No Pork Pies
