We needed help building an AI content creation platform for large enterprises.

What was the scope of their involvement?

NineTwoThree AI Studio designed and built a full-stack web application for AI content creation for large enterprises based on an initial scope and customer feedback. The platform included standard features like authentication and the ability to pull in relevant customer information from an API using our existing platform. It also built up content briefs step by step and delivered three versions of content based on different LLMs. Additionally, there was an SEO agent, style agent, and fact-checking agent.

We worked with at least four teammates from NineTwoThree AI Studio.

How did you come to work with NineTwoThree AI Studio?

We found NineTwoThree AI Studio through ChatGPT. We specifically looked for an expert in getting companies into ChatGPT and delivering an AI copywriting product. We saw that NineTwoThree AI Studio had experience doing both.

What is the status of this engagement?

We worked with NineTwoThree AI Studio from October 2024–July 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Our experience with NineTwoThree AI Studio has been excellent. They’re very attentive and proactive about ensuring the right things are done. They push back correctly and work with our end users to gather feedback directly from them. We’ve enjoyed the experience very much.

The number of managing editors creating content with AI on our platform is one of the measurable outcomes of our project with NineTwoThree AI Studio. People are now publishing content produced directly from the platform. That’s a massive change in perspective vs when we first started.

How did NineTwoThree AI Studio perform from a project management standpoint?

NineTwoThree AI Studio has provided absolutely excellent project management, especially with Stephanie. We communicate via email, Slack, and Google Chat, with one to two calls per week.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We were most impressed with NineTwoThree AI Studio’s experience developing AI solutions for large enterprises. That experience has provided the perspective we require to get our work done.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’ve already given them this feedback, but I think NineTwoThree AI Studio could find the right way to move towards an AI agile development process for clients that want it. POCs and mockups could be developed much faster and allow customers to test them within days rather than weeks or months. I understand that not every client would want to work that way, especially not many enterprise clients, but that’s my 2 cents.

● Voice Plan: use third party tools like Elevenlabs, HeyGen, or similar to mimic the voice of Celebrity for internal FanDuel use. Once the Chat Box is developed - 923 could use the voice model to develop additional features / modalities.

●NineTwoThree will design user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the agreed-upon application screens, subject to scope adjustments and stakeholder feedback. This includes wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes as needed for stakeholder review and feedback. Design elements will adhere to provided brand guidelines. Any changes or additions to the scope will require approval and may result in additional costs or timeline adjustments.

● Agency will create a basic non-scaled version to use some time in January, and work on scale from there. The actual number of concurrent users that we can get to by Feb 15 is unknown and is highly dependent on OpenAI and ElevenLabs. 923 will prioritize the testing & scaling solutions quickly so we can raise the load target as high as possible. Note that 923 will spend a lot of time in January doing load testing & improvements, and there will be infrastructure costs (likely thousands of dollars) during this. These costs are due to the need to ping the APIs with high load to simulate the high-traffic situation. Each interaction with the AI model involves processing text, which is measured in units called tokens. Each token processed by OpenAI, ElevenLabs, AWS, etc. during testing incurs a cost. Load testing an LLM involves costs for processing the tokens through the API. We are always pragmatic and efficient in order to emulate the most load with the least amount of funds, of course.

● Agency will implement a “waiting room” so that if too many users (beyond defined scale during product strategy) try to get on, they will not be able to overwhelm the system.

● Agency will add rate-limiting so a regular consumer doesn’t overwhelm the system and cause outrageous costs.

● Agency will limit the topics that the Chat Box can answer to those determined by Client (in its sole discretion) and communicated to Agency.

● The chat will include a Chuck-like response with basic guardrails from OpenAI’s standard set (no self-harm, etc. as described here).

● At this time and with current knowledge, there will not be bells-and-whistles on the chat experience. No thumbs up/down, no saved history, no retained data, no attachments/upload etc. However, as the project progresses and we are safely getting responses, and the system is scaling properly - we can begin to add features in February or March to support initiatives as they appear. We will estimate each request and prioritize accordingly.

● Agency will attach basic analytics suite (Google Analytics) to measure usage and retention.

● The initial launch will be based on a microsite, unless 923 is able to determine a simple & efficient path toward having it live on the FanDuel website with an associated login and both parties agree. That is highly dependent on how those systems work at FanDuel and what kind of coll

We trusted 923 to manage the process and consult us with the best knowledge to make an educated decision.

The most impressive thing about 923 was their versatility and breadth of knowledge about an industry that FanDuel is not well informed on. Outside of the critical tasks initially scoped for this project, 923 consulted on strategy for: statistical monitoring, social media marketing, technical handoff. They always had a distinct POV on why we should make decisions a certain way. They have a well-rounded group that works hard day in and day out with a smile on their face.
