Nimap Infotech understood this right away and came back with a solution that felt practical and forward-thinking at the same time. They built AI chatbots and voice assistants that actually help people choose the right bike for their needs, whether it’s for a long city commute or shorter daily rides. They also set up tools for our network of retailers so they could get quick answers to technical questions on their own, which has made life so much easier for our partners.
On top of that, they created a system that automates troubleshooting and warranty claims, taking away a lot of the friction we used to face. And they even went a step further by making sure our customers get personalized recommendations for bikes or upgrades based on their riding patterns.

The changes have been very noticeable. Customers who once felt overwhelmed by the variety of choices now tell us how easy it is to find the right bike with the chatbot’s guidance. One story that stands out to me is a rider who needed a reliable bike for an 18km daily commute and said the assistant helped them pick the perfect match without having to wait on customer support

From the very beginning, their team didn’t treat this as just another software project. They took the time to truly understand how our sports fields operate, what kinds of issues we face with wear and tear, and how unpredictable weather can impact everything from surface conditions to athlete safety.
Their solution used sensors and cameras to track field health in real-time and applied predictive analytics to recommend when and where maintenance should happen before small problems turned into expensive repairs.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
We started noticing the benefits almost immediately. In one instance, during the rainy season in one of our coastal project sites, the system flagged abnormal field softness before any of our on-ground teams could see it. Thanks to that early warning, we managed to take action quickly and avoid a serious safety issue before a scheduled match.

They built a system that could look at a coin and start identifying patterns, offering early grading suggestions, and perhaps most impressively, pointing out when something didn’t look quite right.

Looking back, choosing to work with Nimap Infotech was the right call. The tool Nimap Infotech built has fundamentally changed the way we handle incoming inventory and evaluate historic artifacts. Instead of relying solely on our internal graders for first-level analysis, we now use the AI tool as a first-pass filter.
It helps prioritize which items need deeper manual evaluation and alerts us instantly to red flags like surface inconsistencies or abnormal die characteristics that often indicate forgeries.
