The new site has just been completed, but we can already say we are very happy with it and feel that the site now reflects our goals and mission.

The project manager communicated with us frequently and we found the use of whatsapp to be effective for both video calls and messages, plus emails for longer messages.

They were very straightforward about the process and completed the site efficiently for us. They also came through with altering an image for the home page at the last minute when the previous one was not working out, which was a very important task that they took on and completed very well. Although they are in a different country, it was actually easier to communicate with them then some similar companies in our country because of their well organized process.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The project went smoothly and I didn't see any areas for change this time.

The website is simply more professional and clean. It may not sound like much, but it is exactly what we asked for: a clean-looking site where the customer can clearly understand what we do and sell and is encouraged to contact us. Its adaptability to all desktop and mobile devices also really comes in handy.

Very quick response on their end, always ready to clear my doubts. My feedback wasn't always clearly understood and needed further explaining but in the end, everything worked out. We communicated mostly via mail, and in the last small iterations of the process via Whatsapp or voice call.

The speed and simplicity of their communications took a load off my shoulders.

Maybe be better at understanding what we want from the first attempt, but I guess cultural barriers have something to do with it. We are generally very satisfied with the service.

• Stage 2: Working on the layout of website and making it live. -- Some blueprint design was shared showing the layout, structure of the website. Then website was made, content was added. Video content was created by netmaxims only and then we made the website live.
• Stage 3: Testing and support: -- The website testing was done, removing the possible errors and glitches it had. All alterations and changes we shared were done on the website quickly and project got completed within the time we agreed upon.

With an effective video content and the website after going live, we were able to kick-start our campaign in India that was on hold since long for the absence of the website. Also the online fundraising started pouring in.
