We approached Nethority to provide outsourced development and marketing services for a number of clients across a number of sites. This work is reactive and time-sensitive covering a wide range of sectors and client types meaning that each task can vary significantly to the previous one. Work consists of small maintenance tasks for UI/UX or updates as part of a larger SEO campaign. Brand new web builds also feature with the developers required to work from supplied creative.

The final outcome was brilliant and something we can be very proud of as a collective partnership. Everyting was delivered on time to a tight deadline and to an exceedingly high standard.

The difference in working hours needs to be adapted to but once this is achieved the time difference is not an issue.

As a startup we weren't getting the traffic we would have liked, so we hired Nethority to support us with all our marketing activities to support the growth of our start-up business, and increase traffic to our website and social media channels. They are currently managing our paid media, have re-designed our WordPress website and are also consulting us with other marketing activities to maximise results.

They currently work for another company we are familiar with that have grown massively since taking them on, and we knew they would be a perfect fit and support us in taking our business to the next level.

We had a kick off meeting to discuss objectives and goals and from there within 48 hours the team designed mockup designs which were superb, and really reflected on our brand. As they are also working on other marketing projects for us, they also presented a new social media strategy which will support us in gaining the organic and paid traffic which was also very impressive. Overall they are quick, efficient and brilliant at what they do.

We have a dedicated project manager, as well as paid media manager, web designer and developer, and other members on the call that are there to support with any queries needed.

Overall the website looks immaculate, they are very quick to deliver on projects and results, and have a real can-do attitude which was exactly what we were looking for.

They have a dedicated project manager that ensures deadlines are met, the communication is streamlined and everything is super organised within the tools they set up to best suit your working style.

Their attitude is unlike anything I have seen before, the entire team is willing to support at all times, and they do whatever it takes to achieve the desired results and are VERY quick to deliver. A real pleasure to work with.

I have nothing to add here, they have done a brilliant job all around.

We hired them to provide SEO support for our domains to improve our rankings and grow organic traffic through keyword research, technical, on-page and off-page assistance.

We found them through an online search and shortlisted them through the information stated on their website. We appointed them after an online interview and hearing their proposal.

We began with an online meeting and set out our main goals. ThOne of the main requests was to provide a comprehensive plan and strategy. From this blueprint, we could derive exactly what would be required to achieve our main goals. Deliverables would include keyword research, competitor research, content optimisation ideas, backlink building, technical assistance, etc.

The initial conversations were with the VP of Digital Marketing, but the work was then distributed to a newly employed junior.

There were no workable deliverables provided. The keyword reports provided were poor and not researched properly. Their team was constantly asking for our support and feedback when the company was employed for their supposed expertise.

Communication was through email, Skype and occasional telephone calls.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I'm afraid I did not find anything impressive about this company. They clearly did not have the expertise or experience in the support we were seeking.

They should have been honest about the limitations of their SEO expertise from the start instead of trying to plug gaps to retain our business.
