I’m the senior marketing manager at VTS, and I own our conversion optimization vertical.

What challenge were you trying to address with Mutiny?

We were spending millions of dollars on ads. As a result, we hired Mutiny to help us optimize our traffic to save money on ad spend and PPC. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Mutiny has worked on optimizing the traffic coming to our website to help us save money on ads. They also help us increase the conversion rate of people becoming leads through our website. The team has integrated their whole system into our website, allowing us to manipulate what’s already on the site.

I work with five people, including a customer experience manager.

They were brought in by one of our senior leaders.

We’ve invested around $100,000. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in September 2021, and the engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We’ve closed and won around $28 million in revenue using their tool. 

How did Mutiny perform from a project management standpoint?

Mutiny’s project management is amazing. We use Slack to communicate. They use their own Asana and Jira boards for project management, but they’re not on ours.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They’ve solved every single one of our problems when it comes to attributed revenue. Apart from that, they’ve exceeded every expectation when it comes to delivering actual customer needs from the business standpoint. Simply put, they’ve solved almost everything for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any.
