We engaged Muse with little more than "proof of life" website and LinkedIn footprints. We embarked on a 6-week discovery and strategy engagement where Colleen learned the complexities of our business and the details of our industry. From there she built out a comprehensive strategy that became the guidepost for our web development and marketing phases. Through much discussion, we chose to create an e-commerce-style website for ease of access to information and to create the functionality of being able to construct a project of materials. The website came out flawlessly and is also a growing repository of knowledge as experts in our field. We are just embarking on the next phase of our engagement in creating a strong series of marketing campaigns for which we will lean heavily on Muse's subject matter expertise and tactical know-how.

Must is always highly responsive and drove the schedule to me, which is what I needed with a busy day-job sapping my focus. They're ability to produce quality deliverables always exceeded schedule and expectations.

I don't have any critical feedback. I had worked with a couple of other outfits prior to Muse, who were poor in dedication, execution and attention to detail. Muse is the exact opposite and I've been delighted with the entire team and experience.
