I wasn’t really involved in the selection process at that time. One of my bosses heard about them and was more engaged with them. How much have you invested with them? We probably invested more than $200,000. What is the status of this engagement? We worked together from August 2019–December 2020. We signed the contract and the initial kickoff started around the spring of 2019. **RESULTS & FEEDBACK** What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?  I think one of the most valuable experiences working with them, was the workshops they conducted about revamping the mission statement of the department from a marketing aspect. They made it very clear about where we are, where we’re going, and the progress we made. In terms of the design, the quality and the feedback weren’t always implemented. There was a lot of repetition from our team and faculty, and we had to look at the content in detail every single time to make sure it’s accurate and correct. However, despite a lot of the feedback, it continued to be inaccurate. How did Muddy Gecko perform from a project management standpoint? Project management is a two-way thing. The COVID-19 pandemic happened in the middle of the engagement, so it was hard to keep both sides on track with the timeline — everyone had to pivot and prioritize. They wanted to continue the project, but we had to table it because we had no time. What did you find most impressive about them? Their particular strength is in the marketing aspect.
