We’re a UK-based company that provides tech distribution services to our customers. Our company differentiates itself by delivering products to our customers’ room of choice. If someone has a large MRI scanner, for example, we will work to place the unit in a hospital with cranage, window removal, and lift shafts. I’m a project manager at the company.

What challenge were you trying to address with Move Ahead Media Ltd?

Historically, there’s been a lack of focus on marketing. When we were acquired by another brand, we needed help formulating our marketing efforts. 

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

First, we analyzed how to make our marketing efforts better and more effective. Our website had been neglected for a few years, so we decided to start by updating it. They started by running an audit to gain insight into the quality of our site from a performance perspective.

From there, they began planning the scope of their work. This involved allowing them to take over our SEO and Google Ads work. We worked together to define our business and target markets in order to target keywords. From there, they updated our site to reflect our SEO efforts and have since moved on to additional projects. 

Now, they help us maintain our blog with news articles. They also provide us with graphic design deliverables on an ad hoc basis. Whenever needed, they’re able to consult on email marketing and other digital marketing topics. They’ve been a one-stop-shop for our team.

Additionally, they’re continuing to support our Google Ads account on a monthly basis. We had never worked with PPC advertising before, so this was helpful. We have an assigned campaign manager who can explain performance data and guide us toward informed ad decisions.

What is the team composition?

There are undoubtedly several people on their team, but I work directly with Will (). He serves as our campaign manager, giving us PPC advice and reports. 

How did you come to work with Move Ahead Media Ltd?

I’ve known one of their owners for a long time. When I was looking for a partner, I wanted to look outside of the UK because of our negative experiences with local companies in the past. I ended up having multiple calls with their team and really enjoyed their clarity and straightforwardness with billing. It seemed easy to request additional services as well.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working together in March 2018, and our teams are still collaborating. I don’t anticipate terminating our relationship anytime soon.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The website looks smart now and is working much more efficiently than before. It’s really been able to perform for us. Even after the first few months of our site going live, we saw an increase in inquiries coming through digital channels. We’re definitely seeing a strong ROI with them. When customers really need a special solution, they’re able to find and contact us without issue. Their marketing work has helped us broaden our horizons and consumer base.  

How did Move Ahead Media Ltd perform from a project management standpoint?

The dialog is easy to manage because all of our communication is through one person. He’s a charismatic, professional person. They’ve met all of our deadlines, and if something needs to be pushed back, he lets us know beforehand. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

There was always someone on their team that was available if we needed assistance. They make sure their clients get the information they need, without prioritizing their own financial gain. It was easy to set up accounts with them as well.

Are there any areas they could improve?

I’d appreciate a more analytical approach to our SEO reports. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Give them a chance while being open and honest about your needs. They’re a great service provider, taking the time to request our feedback on a regular basis.

ROAS dramatically improved and they could give me reports on specifically in what demographics it approved.

They delivered regular reporting, on areas of improvement that helped us to plan according.As we are managing different brands and multiple locations in many cities, it was critical to be able to get reporting specific to all locations.
