We needed help with public relations; we wanted to move into the independent music industry.

What was the scope of their involvement?
The Mosol9 develops PR strategies for a singer in our label, including a monthly release plan, naming the videos that we upload to YouTube, and how the SEO has to be done. They also handle social media marketing in Google Ads and an Instagram influencer mechanism — we discussed ideas together on how to go about it, and we mutually agreed on items.
They also give us a post-launch strategy. For example, there are different ways to promote the video, and this month they’re supposed to be securing interviews for my daughter, including TED Talks in some colleges.
Additionally, they've advised us not to buy any followers and waste our money; they want to organically grow the followers and views by using our artist's image. They helped us promote the video by posting about the song, creating some new pages, and working with a set of influencers on music pages, Instagram, and Snapchat accounts who indirectly promoted.
Consequently, they've created the web links, did short video edits, and tried to automate certain clips and pictures about my daughter.

We mainly work with two people from their team, but 3-4 people are involved in the video edits.
